Tim did an excellent job helping us navigate the very difficult world of a house purchase in a very competitive market! Tim was always available when needed and worked tirelessly during the week and weekends to make sure we found the home we ultimately purchased. "SAVED THE DAY"My wife and I met Tim at the open house and made an offer to purchase the property which the sellers accepted. We are not that familiar with Cape Cod and Tim's many years of experience working with a great group of professionals in home inspection, insurance, legal and banking helped us to close on the home successfully. He is calm, patient, has a good sense of humor and is honest and straight forward. We experienced a problem with our original lender and Tim immediately had a local recommendation that actually turned out better than the original mortgage company. He was also involved in working out some difficulties regarding the property lot and title issues. I don't think we would have closed on our "dream house" without Tim. I strongly recommend anybody selling or buying on the Cape to contact Tim Scozzari!!!
