Today Real Estate

"SAVED THE DAY"My wife and I met Tim at the open house and made an offer to purchase the property which the sellers accepted. We are not that familiar with Cape Cod and Tim's many years of experience working with a great group of professionals in home inspection, insurance, legal and banking helped us to close on the home successfully. He is calm, patient, has a good sense of humor and is honest and straight forward. We experienced a problem with our original lender and Tim immediately had a local recommendation that actually turned out better than the original mortgage company. He was also involved in working out some difficulties regarding the property lot and title issues. I don't think we would have closed on our "dream house" without Tim. I strongly recommend anybody selling or buying on the Cape to contact Tim Scozzari!!!

We had a great experience in purchasing a home through or realtor. Tim is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and dependable. In some ways he knew better than we did what would best meet our needs. This is the second time we have worked with Tim. A number of years ago he helped us to successfully close out and sell an estate and now he helped us find and purchase the perfect retirement home for us. Tim is certainly someone you can count on for an excellent and rewarding home buying experience.

Tim did an excellent job helping us navigate the very difficult world of a house purchase in a very competitive market! Tim was always available when needed and worked tirelessly during the week and weekends to make sure we found the home we ultimately purchased. He is super knowledgeable and knows all of the pitfalls to watch for and has a great network of people supporting him from banks & home inspectors and even right down to the very easy closing process with a great attorney! Highly recommend Tim if you are looking for a home here in Mass.

Tim handled the sale of my mothers home after her passing in 2024. The entire process was smooth as silk and he and his team were very professional. I would highly recommend him to any person looking for a top-notch real estate agent.

Tim went above and beyond expectations. Took a dead deal 2 weeks later same made it happen. We all had to move a little bit it was well worth it. I highly him.
