We are not that familiar with Cape Cod and Tim's many years of experience working with a great group of professionals in home inspection, insurance, legal and banking helped us to close on the home successfully. We experienced a problem with our original lender and Tim immediately had a local recommendation that actually turned out better than the original mortgage company.
