ZillowVERIFIED We put our property on the market with previous representatives for a good 10 months (more or less) had 3 low offers, 1 was serious and backed out. Tim called me when the contract is expiring, then i figured weve been on the market long enough with no real prospect. So we signed with him. Less than 2 months later, the property is sold with the price higher than before. Even one time the same buyer who backed out made an offer. Tim knows the market well and he backs it out with result. He and his staff Tammie are very easy to work with and are very responsive with any questions i had. I highly recommend his service. At the very least, talk to him and see if he's a fit.

ZillowVERIFIED Tim has an outstanding assistant, Tammie, who is very knowledgeable of the selling process. He has many contacts for any repairs that need to be done quickly before putting your home on the market. We had a couple of cracked tiles that needed to be replaced in our entryway. We contacted the person he recommended and he was able do the job in the within a couple of days. Tim provided a staging company to come to our home and let us know what needed to done before putting it on the market to help our home show off it's best features. Then he provided a professional photographer to take pictures of both in interior and exterior to be put on various websites which offered prospective buyers the opportunity to see if the house is one that would fit their needs, which lead to a higher percentage of perspective buyers. As a result, we had two offers in 24 hours and accepted a contract within 48 hours of the house being listed. Tim is a five star realtor in my book.
