ZillowVERIFIED Tim had good background knowledge of homes and things to look for inside a house. I was disappointed in his refusal to show me a house slightly higher than what I was pre-approved for. I ended up getting another agent who helped me purchase a house that Tim refused to show me because it was slightly higher than my pre-approval dollar amount. A realtor should be able to negotiate and have your back regarding purchase price of property. Lastly, I also was travelling from out of town to view homes, I felt like he was too extensive at times with regards to details of a home when we expressed we were no longer interested in a particular home and wanted to view other homes.

That is where we met Tim and Anna. We exchanged email information and went our separate ways. Our situation changed, and we needed to move. My wife and I talked, and we decided that we wanted Tim and Anna to assist us with our search. We called them with the news and never regretted the decision. Tim and Anna listened to what was important to us. They found a lake front house that we were excited about and could afford. They answered questions and gave advice, but never made us feel like we needed to make the decision right then. They made a stressful time seem low key and memorable. Tim s knowledge of the mortgage system saved me thousands of dollars when my first mortgage company choice made some unethical decisions that were not in my best interests. ZillowVERIFIED We met Tim when we were looking at houses and from day 1 he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He actually went to a different address after the open house he was doing for someone else just to let us in to the property. The process of finding a house was a rough one, between our budget and the locations we wanted. Tim was accommodating the entire time, finding more properties and working late to allow my wife to see the houses. Once we found the house we wanted Tim worked with us to get everything set up, answering all our questions no matter how silly they may have been. He even helped up fix the house a bit in order to buy it. When the whole process was coming to a close, Tim really had his work cut out for him. We sold the property we were in and needed to move in just two days but because the selling agent screwed up we were not able to close on the new house in time, meaning we were homeless. Before I even had a change to contact Tim, he had already called the seller and asked if we could move in early so we had a place to live. I cannot stress enough how amazing Tim is at his job and there is absolutely no one else I would work with.
