I can honestly say that over the course of my life, I've never met another agent with the level of dedication and work ethic that Tiffany displays on a daily basis. Her professionalism and knowledge of every facet of real estate transactions is absolutely staggering, and I couldn't possibly ask for a nicer person to work with. She cares, and that makes ALL the difference. I'm the type of person who tends to be very worry-prone when I'm dealing with a transaction of great financial magnitude like the sale of a home, but Tiffany was always there and always very responsive to any questions that I had about the transaction. I felt comfortable calling her at any time, and her response was ALWAYS timely. After multiple offers, my home was under contract within weeks. I was impressed with her negotiation skills, and she was able to get my home sold for top dollar. Tiffany was very cognizant of getting all of the required documentation/paperwork taken care of in a timely manner, and closing was trouble free as a result. She handled everything in the most professional manner possible, and I would use her as my agent again in a heartbeat.

I was able to meet with the real estate agent there as soon as I landed in Memphis. Tiffany made it a point to stay involved with my whole process until it was complete! ZillowVERIFIED Not recommended. TIffany gives a great sales pitch and priced our house fairly so we sold within about a month. But, Tiffany is slow to respond, does not proactively inform you of the process, and is more focused on excusing her short-comings instead of learning from them. Specifically, we were a relocation account under very tight deadlines to move out of state. She neglected to relay a key document to us for almost 48 hours and only provided it when we insisted. She often was unavailable, sometimes for stretches of 8-10 hours. She never explained any paperwork to us, simply relaying it through DotLoop. When we wanted to negotiate personal property we did not want to convey with the house, her response was "you don't want the buyer to walk away" even though we had excluded the personal property from the listing. She would not proactively follow up to get us feedback after the inspection so we had to hastily arrange repairs hours before we were due to leave town to close on our new house. She is unprofessional, to the point where I am filing complaints with realtor boards. I had concerns after an inspector was allowed to access my home with no realtor. She never explained that would happen. When she then wanted an appraiser to have free access, after the inspector had left the home unsecured, I balked and she refused to consider any alternative I offered, such as accompanying the appraiser or simply checking the house was secured after access. Her response was that's how things are done in Georgia. Her response should have been "whatever makes you comfortable as it is your home." I provide these specifics to show a pattern of behavior that was not limited to a single instance. There were at least 6 instances of poor service. In 25 years of 12 transactions of buying and selling homes, Tiffany's performance is sub-par, at the very bottom.
