Tiffany is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon & Washington and previously in Nevada and has been licensed since 2005. Her passion for working with people led her to pursue a career in Real Estate. She began her career in Las Vegas, specializing in high-rise, mid-rise and urban lofts in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. Her experience with complex bank-owned property negotiations and bulk unit sales gives her a unique advantage. Tiffany's understanding of the current market gives her a unique edge when helping both first time home-buyers, sellers and investors. Her specialties are understanding and solving problems for both her buyers and sellers, including new home and resale transactions as well as developer listings and open-house services. Tiffany is also experienced in short sale negotiating, condo conversion and multi-unit land development opportunities. When Tiffany isn't helping clients, she enjoys long walks with her puppy Bearit and trips to the Oregon Coast and Central Oregon.
