ZillowVERIFIED It's popular belief that buying a house is a stressful experience. I recently purchased my first home and going into the process my thoughts were "how hard can it be". I certainly found out. Without Tiffany's amazing personality and dedication to making sure her customer was happy it would have been a lot harder and probably would not have happened with other agents. Tiffany is amazingly responsive and gets things done FAST. Whenever I would e-mail her, I got a response within minutes. In a worst-case scenario if she was showing a property or at a closing there was a minor delay, but I never had to reach out more than a single time. Not only did she always respond the responses were meaningful and she acted right away. I never once had to follow up and remind her about anything. If she agreed to do it. It got done. Quickly. Tiffany also uses cutting edge technology to its fullest extent to make everyone's life a little easier. We handled document signatures electronically and we were able to exchange lists of potential properties online. When we had showings, she had a plan ready to go and we were able to see a LOT of properties in a very short period. She also is very down to earth and is very direct and honest while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy When I asked her for an honest opinion, she gave it to me even if she knew I would not like the answer. Instead of giving me just bad news she always followed up with options rather than a dead end. She has a very can do rather than can't do approach and she has an amazingly "old school" work ethic and dedication to making her customer happy. While some agents pretend to be larger than life and promise things that are impossible Tiffany is larger than life in the way that she can "tell it the way it is" and give her customers solutions that are solid and effective to often exceed her customer's expectations. Tiffany managed to pull of the impossible in today's market. Find a unique and desirable home for her client and push her client to the head of the line to get that customer's offer to stand out in a very hot market and keep all parties on task to get the deal to close quickly. She also managed to be someone who comforted a very cautious and sometimes very excitable client like myself. I plan on recommending Tiffany to my network of friends and family and If I'm in the market again her phone will be ringing first. Not only is she an amazing agent she's someone you can trust and someone who truly cares about you as a human being rather than just a commission payment. Tiffany. Thank you so much for your help.
