ZillowVERIFIEDSTOP LOOKING! Congratulations, you have found your agent! We randomly hit the agent request button when looking at a home for sale, way before we were even ready to list one Sunday afternoon. Almost immediately we received a call from Tiffany, (on a Sunday afternoon mind you). That was a window into her tenacity, she will go to work for you day and night and do it with a smile!Several months passed from that first call, till we were ready to list. Even though we did not sign paperwork with her till right before listing, she helped walk us through the whole process and what we needed to do and what to expect and/or look for. Keep in mind, at that time we were just strangers shes never met, not even clients of hers. When we tried selling our home privately, she offered to do the contract and paperwork for us. After trying to do a private sale, to maybe sell under value and still make more after avoiding the listing fees, we invited her over to view the property and meet in person before entering a contract with her. We had a wonderful visit and she look at our home and then gave us her estimated sales range. This was August of 2021, so you know the market was red hot, but I still thought she was just throwing crazy numbers at us to entice us. I remained, um, very skeptical....but we felt good with her after meeting with her and we signed that night and listed the next day (she was pretty confident and already had the paperwork drawn up, she is/was prepared for everything like that). Listed Monday afternoon, did showings by appointment all week and accepted an offer that Sunday for well over what I thought was the best case scenario (even in the hot market). She got us an offer at the very tippity top of her original range, the one I thought was very unrealistic just a week prior. We also made more after paying the listing fees, than we would have on a private sale. We literally made more money by trusting in her, than we would have with a private sale! That alone should be more than enough for the skeptics, but wait, theres more! She knows many of the other agents and maintains (from what we could tell and witness) a courteous and professional working relationship with them. So in addition to sale of our home, we were also looking at new homes. Of the homes we looked at and were interested in, she held a good relationship with the listing agent. That courteous and professional working relationship with other listing agents proved to be as invaluable to us as it sounds, as she was able to get us into the home we landed on in the first try and negotiated all the appropriate timelines for closing and moves for each party. She protected us in the sale, protected us in the purchase. She followed up with that by reaching out to us every day along the way to reassure and update us on where we were in the process on both fronts. She has just simply gone above and beyond our expectations, Im confident she will work just as hard for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany is the best there is as a real estate agent. Picture you crawlspace suddenly filling with water as you are considering, just considering listing with an agent. She didnt just sit by and wait til we got the problem handled. She told us she had contacts. She then contacted them. In the pouring rain they were there that day, and into the next they worked restoring our crawl space, digging long French drains. It was supposed to a big problem. It never had the chance to reach that point. We listed with her and a week and a half later had people locked in for a sale. Potential issues never had the opportunity to become problems, and that is why I love and why I trust her so much. She has incredible foresight and approaches from all angles. She has real estate law embedded in everything she does. She protected us completely through a sale that was 25k over list. When she told me Ive got you back I was surprised that paranoid me, actually calmed down and believed it. Because it was true. All this, in the time of Covid19, and all the restrictions. Imagine finding out you cant go look st homes in the middle of your search.And while all the interesting things were happen with the sale, she calls me one day and tells me Ive found your house! She was more excited than I was as we had been looking and nothing was right in all my selections. I couldnt believe it when I saw that house! I fell in love with that house, and at this time we are beginning to move in. Tiffany explains everything as she goes along. We had the opportunity to watch her in a meeting we had with an interested developer. She was so far ahead of him in his own game. She advocated for us and exposed the risks his ideas would be for us. Her negotiations skills are right in line with her clients wishes and needs and in their favor. The biggest part of all this is that Tiffany absolutely loves her job. All of our thank yous have only been met by I appreciate you in return. And this is only a small portion of the things she has done to bring on this sale and purchase. I could go on and on and on. Id use her any time. Id reccomend her first. This was the first home that Ive ever purchased and I do not see how I could have done it if this random selection had not paired me up with Tiffany. I have a difficult schedule with crazy work hours and Tiffany was always more than accommodating. She showed us as many homes as we needed to before we found the one. When we did find the one she did everything in her power to make the process as easy as possible. She went as far as helping me find lending when my lender couldnt get the loan put through and better home when the time came.
