In early April we received a call from Tiarrah, stating she had a buyer that was interested in our home. We had received scores of these calls, the main intent to get a listing, and never had one that seemed real, but there was a sincerity in Tiarrah and we decided to talk. We came to an agreement for her to show the home. Her buyers were real and loved the house, and they quickly made an acceptable offer. We became FSBO sellers, and Tiarrah represented her buyers. Not only did Tiarrah come prepared with a huge list of properties that fit our interests, we were also provided a packet containing all of the steps that we'd be taking over the next few months in the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, this was crucially helpful. Going to see prospective homes with Tiarrah was a blast. She was very detail oriented, making sure to point out the parts of each house that fit what we wanted, as well as the ones that didn't. You can tell she is genuinely interested in finding the home that matches the family, and had a ton of industry-based experience that was useful to a family like ours who hadn't gone through this process before (not to mention fun to hang out with!) Tiarrah ended up finding our perfect home. The property happened to be off the market at the time, but due to her knowledge of properties in the area, she knew it was the perfect fit for us. Tiarrah approached the sellers regardless and was able to arrange a walkthrough, eventually landing us our dream house! Her friendly and professional attitude definitely came in handy. Throughout the entire process, Tiarrah was very informative via phone and email, making sure we knew next steps with the loan process, inspection, escrow, you name it. We never felt like we didn't know what was going on, even though this was our first home buying process. She also provided great recommendations for home loan providers, saving us money along the way (I literally had multiple jaws drop when I said the rate we secured). After coming to an agreement on the sale price with the now owners, the appraisal came in low but Tiarrah and her team essentially fought for us to get the price we wanted, with time spent researching and gathering supporting information/documentation to file an appeal on the appraisal amount. It certainly paid off too because the response on the appeal was better than my husband and I even anticipated, the work resulted in an increase all the way back up the our agreed upon sale price. It is easy to get wires crossed and times mixed up, but Tiarrah kept us all on schedlule and got us through the process. Even though my purchase was way up north, she checked out my prospective purchase and kept in touch with my Canadian sellers. Not an easy task. When you are fighting in a competitive market, that is what is needed. Even when I was somewhat wishy-washy, she never was. She remembered all of the details, like peoples names and phone numbers/email addresses and would be ready to go when I gave her the word. She is extremely responsive, and I could get an idea in the middle of the night and wake up to an answer, usually. She is a go- getter.

We only looked at 4 or 5 houses before finding "the one" because she listened to what we liked and didn't like and helped us weed out the ones that weren't a match. She always responded quickly to emails/phone calls/texts. Tiarrah's finance team was also amazing. They helped us so much through the loan application process. They responded quickly and answered ALL of the questions we had (it was a ton of questions.) I would (and have) recommended everyone I know to go with Tiarrah when buying a home. She made the process so smooth and easy. She is great at her job. We started looking for our home on may 7th, were under contract on a house in a little over 2 weeks and our home closed on June 20th. I know that's not the typical process but Tiarrah and her team were on top of everything and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I truly have nothing negative to say.
