Tommy helped me buy my house and sell it. Buying a house on the edge of foreclosure dealt with both sellers and bank to make it happen and quickly with no pain. Hooked me up with a great lending agent and homeowners insurance. Selling the house years later he was able to get it to market quickly and quickly got an offer in changing market. His experience has greatly reduced the stress during the processes. His knowledge has greatly helped in making this transition happen rapidly. David truly went above and beyond to make our entire home purchasing process not only seamless but enjoyable and we could not be happier or more grateful for the wonderful home we moved into one week ago. A We faced 2 primary challenges in this process and those were: 1. Being first time buyers (needing so much hand holding and trustworthy advice in so many financially high stakes matters) 2. Relocating from CA to VA (2600 miles distance) once a home was purchased (much of our process was remote, trying to minimize the cost of flying out to VA multiple times) A We interviewed 4 realtors (3 of which we felt were all excellent) and though there was one with more years of experience than David, it was crystal clear to us that David had a solid network of experts to support the process (lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, lawyers, etc.) excellent communication skills, a kind and positive disposition, excellent negotiating skillsA and the level of white glove customer service we were going to need in planning a mostly remote purchase for our busy family. A We made 2 trips out to VA, one of which was an intense 7 day trip in which we hoped to find and purchase our home (in April 2025). During this trip David gave us 6-8 hours a day, driving with us all the way from Newport News to Louisa (120 mile radius around the Richmond area) to look at homes (5-7 a day). When I proposed this to David and asked if he could be available that week he didnt hesitate for a moment. Evenings involved communicating with the seller's realtors so they were long and exhausting days. On day 5 we found the home we were set on purchasing. The last 2 days involved making the offer and negotiating the final terms of the purchase, so when we left VA we were on track to buy our home. Little did we know that after this arduous week of searching, most of the work still lay ahead of us. David helped us through every step of the complex process. Buying a home will often be emotionally exhausting and David was an incredible calm and positive support through the multiple ups and downs of getting to closing. He was always quick to respond and communicated clearly if ever he was not available and got back to us as soon as he was able. A Davids company even offers the free use of a truck for moving which on the side has the slogan aEURoeI'm here to serveaEUR| before, duringaEUR| and afer your move!aEUR? and I cant think of a more fitting line to describe the service David provided. After our purchase, he continued to reach out and made himself available to help with any needs we had in our relocation move across the country. He was kind enough to receive our car (which we shipped ahead of our move) and parked it at his place until we arrived. I am a business owner and have a busy travel schedule as well as making my family a priority, so I needed the support of someone who could not only guide us through this important financial process, but also had the grace and finesse to help make this as stress free for our family as possible and David radiantly accomplished both. A Even this week I got a message from David asking how our son is adjusting to the relocation, which shows the kind of man he is, caring and compassionate. A true gentleman through and through.
