Tommy met with my sister, brother, and me first to explain the process and timeline, his strategies and recommendations, and generally provided us with a comfort level that we were working with someone who was well-connected in the area, professional, and willing to do what was in our best interest. The listing and offer process was seamless, and the suggestions relative to counter offers were spot on. We cannot recommend more highly Tommy and his team.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Bev Lilly! From the very beginning, Bev was incredibly approachable, responsive, and accessible. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable. Our situation was a little more complicated than a typical home purchase because we were helping my mother find an accessible home nearby that would meet her needs. Bev was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to truly listen, understand what we were looking for, and help us navigate all of the considerations that came with finding the right home. Bev was also an invaluable resource throughout the buying process. She guided us through each step, answered our countless questions, and helped us feel confident in making decisions which was no easy task given the multigenerational input! Her recommendations and frequent check-ins around the moving process, despite the closing already having been completed, were above and beyond our expectations. What really stood out to us was how genuinely invested Bev was in helping our family. She never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. She was always willing to look at another house, answer another question, or help us work through another consideration. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, personable, and truly cares about her clients, we highly recommend Bev Lilly.

The service Tommy provided was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the thoroughness and helpfulness. Also, his availability and commitment were outstanding. I am thankful for the quality of service he provided as it resulted in a very smooth process for my first home buying experience.

David made my wife and me feel supported through an overwhelming process of buying and selling a home at the same time. He helped us with our move from Caroline County to Mechanicsville, and we are sincerely grateful for the way he handled both sides. What stood out most was the care he put into listing our Caroline home. The listing was thoughtful, well prepared, and clearly done with the intention of showing the property at its best. We felt like our home mattered to him and it made a difference in how quickly we were able to get an offer! David was calm, professional, and easy to trust throughout the process. He kept us informed, answered our never-ending questions, and guided the process with steadiness that put us at ease. All the way through closing, we felt looked after. We would work with David again without hesitation and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone buying or selling in Hanover, Caroline, or the greater Richmond area.

David was great to work with. Selling several parcels of land ended up being a much longer process than we expected, but he was there every step of the way. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and always took the time to listen and explain our options. We truly appreciated his guidance and honestly dont know if we could have gotten everything across the finish line without him. Id definitely recommend David to anyone looking for a realtor
