ZillowVERIFIED Anybody can sell you a house or a piece of land. The difference with Tom is that hell actually help you get it done and get it done right. When our sellers agent and title company couldnt explain where a 100 foot easement was on the property or how it would impact building our home, Tom walked into the 29 Palms Planning Department, where he knows the women that work there on a first name basis. He had them plot out the easement and email us the permitting requirements. The sale was just finalized, and were psyched. Local knowledge is the ONLY knowledge. Work with Tom and you get unlimited access to the local network of city planners, contractors and handymen he knows. ALL are resources youll need, whether youre buying a house or land to build a home on. Buy local. Stay local. Hes also got a wicked sense of humor if the road gets bumpy. So give Tom a call.
