I grew up in WNY, as a sailor and ski racer/coach of many years, and moved to NH 10 years ago (Merrimack), and now Gilford by Lake Winnipesaukee. My great love is the outdoors and I still sail, motorboat and ski, and garden around home. My family means everything, including twin grown sons and a daughter in law, a husband, of course the center of our household, Luna the rescue dog.

Depends on the value of the condo itself. If you can purchase something else for about the same money and not have an HOA it could be worth doing. But remember there are costs with selling a house so you need to clearly understand the NET amount you will get if you sell.
