Theresa helped us pull off a difficult sale of my brother's house in Mathews after he passed, the property had a reverse mortgage, so we were up against a deadline with the bank. The property was also sold as-is, which added to the difficulty. Theresa was great from beginning to end throughout the entire process with her plan, sale strategy, and communications with all the twists and turns we went through getting this property sold. Theresa was the absolute BEST to work with. I was selling my fathers home in Yorktown Virginia for him. Mind you I live in New Jersey. Theresa literally took everything off of my plate and believe me I had a pretty full plate at the time. She found contractors to make little repairs to the home that needed to be completed.
