Theresa was the absolute BEST to work with. I was selling my fathers home in Yorktown Virginia for him. Mind you I live in New Jersey. Theresa literally took everything off of my plate and believe me I had a pretty full plate at the time. She found contractors to make little repairs to the home that needed to be completed.
