Theresa was great! She showed me several houses and on the I saw on Zillow. We went on a whim and it's the one I bought. She was great in negotiating the price and helped me when I was unsure of anything.

Theresa helped us pull off a difficult sale of my brother's house in Mathews after he passed, the property had a reverse mortgage, so we were up against a deadline with the bank. The property was also sold as-is, which added to the difficulty. Theresa was great from beginning to end throughout the entire process with her plan, sale strategy, and communications with all the twists and turns we went through getting this property sold. Would recommend her to anybody near the middle peninsula needing help buying or selling a home.

We had been looking for waterfront property in many different areas over a couple years. We relied on Theresa for anything in the Middle Peninsula. She lives there, she knew where to steer our searches and understood us as a client. Even though we dealt with another realtor further north, it was our hope that we ended up working with Theresa to close on a dream home. We were very happy it worked out this way. We felt a connection with her.

Theresa is a true asset to her profession and it is obvious that she loves what she does. She was professional, knowledgeable, available and remained kind and positive through the whole process. Once she realized my wants and needs, she made me feel I was her main goal each day, although I knew she was assisting other clients as well. It was her mission to find my perfect home for this chapter of my life. I will always remember and appreciate all she did to help me get through a very stressful time.
