I can not say enough positive things about Corey. My husband and I have worked with Corey to buy/sell multiple homes in various areas surrounding Pittsburgh and every time has been smooth sailing. I cannot recommend Corey Kelly as a realtor highly enough. He was there from even before day one, giving us advice on what we should and shouldnt fix as we prepared to move out and list our house. He was always prompt in his answers and explained all of the thousand details of selling a house every step of the way. Our house was listed on May 1st, and we closed on May 23rd. Unbelievable.

Should I buy a house in the mountains or flatland?

Consider using some of the cash as a down payment and finance the rest and get what you want. Provided you buy a property that is in an area that will appreciate, the value will increase over time and with improvements minimizing the costs associated with financing. Keep your cash.
