Andi Bauerwent above and beyond to lock us in and get the unit the same day which is crucial in the Boston market. Would recommend to a friend. Only critique would be a need for a more robust payment portal option. We had trouble getting zelle to work with the information provided and other options like venmo and wire transfers can add additional fees to the process.

This helped us know what was most important to the sellers and allowed us to make strong offers. She is a great communicator and extremely patient. We must have attended at least 30 open houses and you can always count on her to give her honest opinion. This allowed us to always feel confident with our decisions. ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda has been patient and genuinely invested in helping us rent our waterfront Condo since October of 2017. We also reached out to her to sell our family home and buy a new home in 2020. We have always been sure to refer our friends and family to her as well! We had tried other agents before Amanda, but felt that those relationships were cold and mechanical. In general, we are not pleased with RE agents in Boston, as it's tough to find agents with good ethics and professional work standards that also have real knowledge of the Boston area. Amanda instantly appealed to us because of her professionalism while still maintaining authenticity. She is Boston born and raised and knows the city like the back of her hand. On top of that, she helped us through the negotiation process and worked hard to advertise our property. We were also able to buy fairly quickly with minimal issues along the way. We now consider Amanda and his team at Prime Realty friends. I would highly consider Amanda if you want to rent, buy or sell in the Boston area!
