He was able to steer us through a few bumps in the sale and it all ended great for both buyers and seller. ZillowVERIFIED My fiance and I began the process of looking for our first home and found the market conditions, abundance of information, etc. to be extremely overwhelming. This all changed when we got in touch with Terry through family contacts who have also used his expertise for multiple purchases/sales throughout the years. When I first met Terry, you could tell he was not only experienced and knowledgeable, but he was also very friendly and genuinely interested in helping find the perfect home for us. We sent Terry a huge list of things we wanted as well as a list of potential homes we had found with our own research (to the point where we almost felt bad since the list was so long). Terry quickly pointed us in the right direction by bringing to our attention key things to consider, what to avoid, and general information that only someone with so much experience paired with a genuine concern in helping us could provide. Once we found the house we loved, Terry gave us great feedback and made us feel even more comfortable we were making the right decision! For me, it's also important to note that I never felt pressured by Terry to "move now" or "hurry, hurry, hurry" like so many stories I've heard in people's experiences with agents before. In fact, Terry was just the opposite in the sense he was always telling us (mainly me) to be patient and that the perfect house will come along. It's really nice to know that Terry isn't simply looking to make money and turn over clients quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Terry and I have already insisted to my friends that they call him in their search for their perfect homes. I have nothing but positive things to say about Terry and if a prospective buyer or seller spends 5 minutes with him, they will understand where I am coming from.
