It was very difficult in that we were not on-site and lived in Georgia. She was professional and personable in working with contractors and Buyer's agents and kept us informed on a daily basis because there was alot of contractor work nessessary to get the house into the home we had lived in for years. She got us through all the difficult issues with her expertise in negotiating skills with contractors and agents. She was in contact with us no joke on a daily basis and always went well beyond our expectations because of the six state distance between us. She always kept my morale boosted and said she would have our house in Milford Sold by March 2023 and she did! I am still in shock because our timing was not the best! She has our heart ?? !
