About Terry Jacobs

After vacationing in Myrtle Beach for many years my family moved to South Carolina in 2018, eleven months later we purchased our own home right here in Myrtle Beach. My knowledge along with my own recent life experience of moving from out of state and purchasing a home has provided me with the valuable skills that are used daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. I am fluent in both the English and Portuguese languages and am often described as detail-oriented, proactive, professional, outgoing, and friendly. I would highly recommend Terry. She was very knowledgeable about the area (Berkshire Forest) and very responsive to all my questions! She was sweet and available throughout the entire process, which was new to me. I moved from out of state and didn't even meet her in person until I moved here. Terry came quickly and well prepared when we contacted her about selling our townhouse condo in Murrells Inlet, SC.
