Terry sold our property before the "For Sale" sign even went up. His preview marketing resulted in multiple offers, all over our asking price, the first weekend. Everything went extremely well with the exception of a couple of buyer-induced delays, but we eventually closed and everything went very well. We would recommend Terry Ayala to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying property in the Bullhead area.
