Terri helped us sell the house that she had helped us buy 2 years prior and we were so glad that she was on our side again! Our deal was complicated because it involved an exchange with some extremely tight deadlines. If it hadn't been for Terri's professionalism and tenacity we wouldn't have met those deadlines and likely would have lost the other house we were buying in another state. Terri was an absolute joy to work with as we purchased a home from out of state. Buying a home can be extremely emotional and stressful, but it almost felt like a routine process with Terri by our side. She was adept at doing FaceTime tours, describing the vibe of a home, and the pros and cons that she saw to the neighborhood, yard, layout, or finishes. She helped us discern if red flags were big problems or just something fairly routine that you see with a house. Terri also took time to let us talk out our thought processes and concerns as we were weighing different homes. She's a fantastic listener and gives trustworthy counsel. She saw us through a somewhat sticky negotiation, and we were still able to close on the house we loved. And now that we've moved in, Terri has gone far above and beyond her role as our real estate agent. She has been a wealth of information for contractors and remodeling information. I've rarely been so very grateful for someone! I genuinely don't know how she does such a fantastic job at so many different things! I cannot speak highly enough of Terri. If you need a realtor, don't think twice, just go with Terri! We worked with Terri to find our first home, and she made the entire process very easy. She was so helpful in sending us houses that met our budget, needs, and exact desires, and then very promptly scheduling showings. She was also extremely patient with us over the course of searching- we lost track of how many homes we dragged her too before finding the perfect one (Sorry, Terri!). She was an expert in understanding repairs that an older home may need, was able to point out red flags, and explain why certain things weren't worth worrying about. This really made us feel like she had our best interests in mind. Terri was always very responsive and willing to chat if we had questions, concerns, or needed clarification. She went out of her way to make sure we understood and felt comfortable during the closing process. Every step of the way Terri offered a wealth of knowledge and experience, and has even continued to check-in with us post-close. We consider Terri a great friend and highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!
