To sell our home in Sterling she provided a depth of knowledge of the current market as it applied to sales in our neighborhood; a talent for knowing how, when, and where to market our home to optimize exposure to interested, qualified parties; and spot-on professional advice to enable us to make informed decisions on every one of the myriad actions required by us during preparations to put the home on the market, throughout the on-market sales activities, and during consideration of and negotiations with the multiple contracts we received. Very professional from beginning to end. Met with us and explained the process and expectations. Honest, told us up front what needed to be done to get house ready for the market. Gave us a time table and made sure we stuck to it. Very personable and out going.
