ZillowVERIFIED Buying a new home can be overwhelming, but Terri Jackson made it easier. She worked with us to buy a house she had listed that fit all of our needs and did so in a timely manner. Terri was knowledgeable and offered sound advice while making sure we got the best possible deal. I would highly recommend Terri Jackson to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Terri did an amazing job, but she also provided sound advice, taking the time to explain the process and answering all of our questions. She went above and beyond to help us and stayed by my side throughout closing. She even made sure we were taken care of after the sale was completed.

ZillowVERIFIED Terri Jackson made selling my home so easy! She is extremely knowledgeable about the Bonaire area. Because of her guidance, I sold my home in less than 24 hours of listing it, with the purchaser offering more money than my listing price! She did great helping me navigate thru the whole selling process, communicating with me during every step. She responded quickly to all my texts - even answering me while she was on vacation! Anytime I told her that I didn't understand what something meant, she took the time and explained it to me thoroughly! She was amazing to work with! I can't recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Id highly recommend Terri to be your real estate agent for buying a home. It is too difficult for a buyer to get the right home at right price. Working with Terri helped us get the aEURoeright home at the right priceaEUR?. She knows about real estate really well. She knows what to look for in a house. She took care of the entire process aEUR" finding the right home, getting the repairs done in house after inspection, helping me understand about the real estate process, and doing whatever is needed. She responds very quickly and is very reliable. You dont need to think twice if Terri is your agent. She is friendly, calm, and understand the needs of the client really well. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I can't say enough great things about Terri Jackson as a realtor! We stumbled upon her/Century 21 by chance, and knew immediately Terri was the right realtor for us. She has an incredible amount of local knowledge, has lived in multiple areas around Warner Robins and Bonaire, is extremely friendly and very accessible. We initially tried to contact other agents on Zillow, as well as a few recommended by friends, but none seemed too interested in working with us (or didn't respond at all). Terri walked us through many houses in the course of a week, but never pushed us to buy one we didn't like. She simply provided input and thoughts/recommendations, but left it up to us. We had such confidence in Terri and her understanding of our needs/wants--that we were actually out of town when the house we purchased came on the market. Terri immediately set up a video chat, walked us through, and we put an offer in that evening. Every single recommendation Terri gave us during the entire process was spot on. I was amazed at how well she knew and understood real estate. All of this to say...if you're looking for a realtor, CHOOSE TERRI! She is simply amazing, and helped us buy our first home here in Bonaire, GA.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a great experience with Terri as my Real Estate Agent. She is very sharp and absolutely knows how to get your home sold. To my surprise, my home was sold in a short period of time. She kept me well informed and brought multiple offers to the table for my selection. I highly recommend Terri to serve as any buyer or seller REA.

ZillowVERIFIED She has helped me find and grow my Rental property business. Her expertise and insight for choosing properties has been great. I wish to thank her for her past and continued guidance. I would highly recommend her for any type of buyer, first time, investor, or high end buyer. Her patience, combined with superior knowledge of the business, will certainly earn her repeat business to sustain her career as long as she chooses to do real estate. Thanks Terri Jackson !!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Top professional. Her experience and expertise invaluable. Told us some mortgage companies slower than others and sure enough this one required four day delay. When asked she provided good people to do certain things to make our home as marketable as possible. Knows her job. Called us whenever needed even after hours and weekends. Would use her again. Could not have been better.

ZillowVERIFIED Terri Jackson is a terrific agent. When I was looking for a house for my wife and I she was extremely helpful. My wife would look at listings in Perry, Warner Robins, Peach County, Bibb County and Macon in GA and we would discuss them. I would then call Terri and, drawing on her knowledge of the area, Terri would show me the properties and I would discuss the pros and cons with her. I was amazed at the number of times we agreed on those pluses and minuses. When my wife finally met Terri, she right away felt that Terri was the prefect agent for us.Terri helped us find the perfect home in Macon and she was immensely helpful all the way through financing process and the close process. We called on her for names of people she would recommend to help with repair and upgrade work, yard work, house cleaners and carpet cleaners after we closed. We were very happy with everyone she recommended. She was also interested in seeing the finished product and she was very complimentary in how it turned out.Terri went from a real estate agent to a good friend in the months she worked with us. We have a standing invitation to join her for lunch when my wife gets back in town. Terri, you're wonderful!

ZillowVERIFIED She has become our family realtor. I have worked with Mrs. Terri to rent a house, my sister has used her to sell a house. She is great and keeps me informed on what the market is doing, so that we can have the best strategy when selling or renting.
