Upon first meeting, she put together a plan for how the home would be marketed and presented to the public. We went through a selection of similar homes in the neighborhood on the market for proper price comparisons and set a goal of how and when we want the home sold. Her team helped get the house ready for display and the transactions carried on without a hitch. The negotiations were not painful as Rebekah was a fantastic intermediary. This element allowed escrow to carry on without a hitch. Rebekah kept in constant contact via personal visits, phone calls, and texts messages through out the entirety of the sale process. She had comps in the area to make sure our house was priced right, set us up with repairman to get things fixed, made calls for us, looked into reports, and constantly nagged us to make sure everything got done in time.
