Upon first meeting, she put together a plan for how the home would be marketed and presented to the public. We went through a selection of similar homes in the neighborhood on the market for proper price comparisons and set a goal of how and when we want the home sold. When we first were interested in getting our home on the market she went through it room by room documenting everything we should get done to get top dollar. She had comps in the area to make sure our house was priced right, set us up with repairman to get things fixed, made calls for us, looked into reports, and constantly nagged us to make sure everything got done in time.
