She worked New Hones for almost three years and then began her current career as a residential resale agent. Terri is most grateful for the well-rounded foundation in insurance and new construction. Time and again the knowledge gained in those experiences has added valuable insights that have saved her clients money, and resulted in long term benefits to them. Moving from New Construction to Residential Resales opened the doors for Terri's work with the Relocation Department, assisting Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Chevron, and Aera employees in their transfers to and from Bakersfield, in addition to taking care of the real estate needs of the local townspeople through their various life changes from all over the world. Terri loves being a part of each client's life, and takes satisfaction in going to the mat for them during their transaction. Being a Bakersfield native, Terri is proficient in selling Bakersfield's most popular areas, and enjoys a reputation for representing discriminating sellers and buyers who are particular about their homes. Rebekah did an outstanding job selling our home and was able to get offers the first day it was on the market. When we first were interested in getting our home on the market she went through it room by room documenting everything we should get done to get top dollar. She had comps in the area to make sure our house was priced right, set us up with repairman to get things fixed, made calls for us, looked into reports, and constantly nagged us to make sure everything got done in time. Because of her attention to detail, and knowledge, we were able to get full asking price.

She worked as hard at selling our house as I would myself. I'm sure a lot of our home sale was impacted by market conditions, but she was able to get us more than 30K over asking price. We relocated and she handled everything for us even though we were already gone! We basically went through the entire sale process remotely with her handling everything and our closing was only 18 days -- so she did it in what I would call "record time". She has her own staging furniture as well, so we didn't have rent anything either. We listed on a Monday, within 3 days we had a dozen offers. I really can't say enough good things about Terri. I would use her again in a heartbeat. AND, I would recommend her to anyone in the Bakersfield Area.
