Terri not only did what she said she was going to do, She doubled down and had a open house Two days after the listing hit the market. She assisted in the staging expectations and I am glade I followed her instructions to the "T". I had the firs offer 8 days after it was listed and then a second offer Tow days later. I had multiple return walk-thru's and we went into escrow only 14 days after the home was listed!!! My time with Rebekah as an agent was a dream. From the moment of first contact, Rebekah displayed an energy of enthusiasm, professionalism, and priority. Upon first meeting, she put together a plan for how the home would be marketed and presented to the public. We went through a selection of similar homes in the neighborhood on the market for proper price comparisons and set a goal of how and when we want the home sold. Her team helped get the house ready for display and the transactions carried on without a hitch. The negotiations were not painful as Rebekah was a fantastic intermediary. This element allowed escrow to carry on without a hitch. Rebekah kept in constant contact via personal visits, phone calls, and texts messages through out the entirety of the sale process. This allowed me to be on top of every document, change, and request along the way, while also being closely involved with the operation of the sell.
