ZillowVERIFIEDTeri Camus is a wonderful agent to have on your side. She worked with me tirelessly to find a suitable home in the area I needed, recommended a local lender so my offer would get to the top of the acceptance list, and kept me posted throughout the process-- even when Seller was often slow to respond (nearly non-responsive at times), Teri was persistent and always came through. I learned that Teri is trustworthy, whip smart and caring, too!

ZillowVERIFIED Teri has been great to work with, her knowledge of Washington St.is second to none. She is familiar almost every area as she has lived there all her life, and if she doesn't know an area or it's further away than the areas she deals with, she knows the experts in those areas and can put you in touch with them.In addition, her calm demeanor was super helpful to us as buying and selling properties can be very stressful. Teri was always there to counsel us and answer any questions we had, We really felt like we were her only client, (even though we weren't) and she really took care of us. We would highly recommend Teri for any of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Teri and her team always provide a quick response to any questions or concerns. When selling a home, I find that a very important trait. Nothing can create anxiety faster when selling a home than feeling like you're being blown off. I was uncertain as to whether it was a good idea to list during a "stay at home order" because I worried days on the market might increase and affect the price negatively. After talking with Teri, we agreed that with everyone staying home, there was the potential for good exposure online, and that when people felt more comfortable looking there would be increased traffic. It actually worked out really well. There were less showings, but the people looking were serious buyers.I knew listing with Teri and her team would be a great decision. It was a positive and even fun experience. An agent that I worked with in the past in an outlying area even told me that if anyone could sell my home in a pandemic it was Teri, and that I was in great hands!

ZillowVERIFIED Teri is incredible to work with. We first met her on our journey to purchase our first home, here in Washington, while we were stationed in Maryland. She devoted extra time and effort to us to ensure that we bought the house that we wanted and we were able to see each house. It was no question of who we would ask to help us sell our home this year. Teri and her team went above and beyond for us, yet again, and we had offers coming in within days of going on the market. You won't find a better team to help you with your realty needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Teri Camus and her Team at TLC were everything any buyer/seller would want. Questions/concerns were anticipated and handled with ease. Communication was excellent through the entire process. I've owned numerous houses, but have never had the service level I've had with Teri Camus and the entire TLC team. This was my second sale and purchase using them to list and find another home for me. Both transactions were handled expertly and reduced my stress to zero knowing they would appropriately handle everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Teri and her team at TLC are the absolute best! I recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Kitsap area. My family first worked with Teri in 2012 to purchase our first home. She probably showed us 50 places before we finally found one we loved. When it was time to sell, we had literally moved to the other side of the world, and she worked with us as if she was right down the street! She knows somebody for everything, and was able to schedule services from painting and repairs, to having our water heater and furnace replaced. She and her team are incredibly communicative, and I was kept up to date every step of the way. If you are even considering buying a new home, or selling where you are, give her a call. She really cares about her clients and it is obvious when you work with her!

ZillowVERIFIED If you think the perfect realtor doesnt exist, I'm here to let you know that, yes, they do, and that realtor is Teri Camus and her team with TLC. Each member of her team is a true professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They were honest with us and were helpful each step of the way. No question was beneath them and we were informed for all processes from beginning to think of selling to closing. They put no pressure on us and were honest on things we needed to do to our home to make it more marketable. Timely with every question, always good about following up, and were so nice to work with. They exceeded our expectations and made the selling of our home a wonderful experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Teri Camus has been AMAZING!!! We cannot recommend her enough! We had our house listed through another company for 2 months before pulling the listing. I then contacted Teri, we met the next day, her team gave me a list of things to repair, had my house done up with a professional stager the same week. We listed it again that next Tuesday, had our open house Saturday, and got 2 offers that weekend!! After accepting an offer, she coached us along the way with inspections and appraisals, she helped get things rolling with a handyman, and heating and cooling.. everything was done for us and was kept very smooth and stress free. Her and her team have great communication and are a dream to work with!! You wont be disappointed

ZillowVERIFIED I've been involved in many real estate transactions in my years. I had a property to sell that was outside of my usual area and I looked up realtors in the area. I engaged with Teri and her team and WOW!!! I am extremely impressed by the way they do business. - Communication was A+. I never had to wonder what was happening- Advertising was on point and there was a lot of interest from the beginning- The explanation of steps in the process was given in a manner that anyone could understand- The knowledge of the market, process and negotiation was stellar- If someone was out for vacation, I knew exactly who to talk to and was introduced prior to so I never missed a beat in the processI would recommend this team to anyone looking to sell in this area without question. Shannan Laudet was amazing to work with while Teri was on vacation. The entire team is very impressive.

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I approached Teri Camus and explained that we wanted to sell our house and move to an Independent Senior Facility, she explained how she would start the process of listing our house and we were amazed at the detailed knowledge she has with what had to be accomplished in an orderly manner. Teri has built an excellent real estate business and we could see why, for her team of professionals each handles specific and important segments of the entire process. The advertising package that her team put together with a fantastic photographer and then went "live", we believe is why our house had (3) full firm offers over the listed price on the first day and we accepted one before the end of the second day. Teri and her team has kept us advised through out the entire process and we can honestly recommend her to handle any real estate transaction. A real tip-top firm ! ZillowVERIFIED Teri and her team was awesome to work with. She was prompt, knowledgeable, level-headed, and pleasurable to work with. She is very personable and reasonable so we decided to list our waterfront house with her. She came by the next day and recommended something's to update/clean/stage which costed us ~$12000. With our approval, she contracted the work out and made sure they were done right. She knew what to update for the least amount of money. The day after it was listed, we got two full price offers. Wow! I highly recommend Teri whole-heartedly. The proof is in the result.

ZillowVERIFIED Teri was amazing. Even though we were on the opposite side of the country she bent over backwards to help us out. She would skype us for showings and kept us updated in the entire process. She was very straight forward and honest. If she didn't know the answer, she got back to us with it. She also kept us from getting discouraged and that was huge for us. Now we own a beautiful home in the middle of nowhere, just what we wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED Teri and her team were extremely helpful in assisting us in getting the property ready to list and in a timely fashion. Since this home is one of three homes we own and is used as a vacation home, their knowledge of the area, the market and even the local contractors was invaluable. They were also able to come out to the home whenever we needed assistance in getting the house organized to sell. Teri even went out and bought us replacement plants for our planter box, that had died while we were away. Her team was always available to answer questions even when she was with another client. Very good Negotiator. Thanks again to Teri and her Team.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Teri and her team more than 5 stars I would. I'm a CA resident and needed to sell my home in Bremerton, WA. I was a bit nervous picking a Realtor since this would be a long distance transaction and I would never actually meet them in person. I found Teri on Zillow, I had actually called two Realtors and Teri was the first one to call me back. I'm really glad that she did and I'm glad that I decided to go with the ad on Zillow because I never click on web ads. I'm a licensed Realtor (not active) in CA and I was blown away by the type of service that Teri and her team provided. I received updates via email and phone calls, updated hit counters, updates on showings. I was truly amazed by the effort that Teri put into selling my home. After escrow opened, she made everything as easy as possible. Again because it's a long distance transaction I thought this would be a headache but she's made it a breeze. My family is also currently going through some financial hardship and Teri is doing everything she can to assist us with that as well. If you want to hire someone honest, dependable and hard working I definitely recommend Teri and her team.
