Since the current market is a seller's market and houses are flying well over the asking price, I wanted to see houses as soon as possible and they made that possible. There were at least two weeks where we went out 4 of the 7 days to look at houses. Additionally, they were honest about homes whether I liked them or not, and gave sound and valuable advice that lead me to find the perfect home. I remember being on the fence about one home and although it checked most of my boxes I just wasn't sure. They're advice was to listen to my gut at that point which was to wait - that's not in an agent's favor. There were several houses that had left the market that I loved but they were persistent on checking back on those houses and reaching out to the seller's agents daily. Thanks to them, I was able to snag a house that I absolutely loved right after it came back onto the market before anyone else could even see it. They put in me in an advantageous situation because the seller was halfway moved out and wanted to go under contract as soon as possible. I now have a perfect home that I love and it was only possible through their advice and hard work. Teresa and Meghan are lovely people to work with and work hard to make sure their clients get the best home they can. I couldn't have asked for better agents.

I was looking for a realtor who would not only help me to sell the house, but also manage repairs prior to sale. I interviewed several realtors, but Teresa struck me as detailed person in realty from the time she entered into the house for interview. She also brought her trusted handyman who could work on fixing the house. Classic example is flooring, when everyone told me that I had to put a LVL flooring on top of the current laminate flooring, she was persistent that it can be re-finished without spending tons of money on LVL. Also, when she listed the house, within 2 days, I had 3 offers, and the house got sold at a higher price than listed. She is always available to answer questions and has in depth knowledge of the total process. Me being out state was in peace that she will take care of the total transaction worry free. She and her daughter Megan, kept me informed of the process throughout until the closing. I would HIGHLY recommend her as a realtor who can also be a property manager during minor renovations for sale.

ZillowVERIFIEDSaying "Thank You" is an underwhelming sentiment for all that you have done to help me sell my home. I had tenant in my home for two years and they were not kind to my home. When I saw the condition it was in, I was sure it was a total loss. From the first minute Teresa stepped out of her car and shook my hand she went to work. Walking around the house inside and out taking notes. She jumped on her laptop and began finding comparable homes in the area. All I saw was the damage to the home. Teresa met with contractors for quotes, picked out the paint color and flooring and managed the repair work. After the home inspection, we found out the stove needed to be replaced, she found one and had it installed.
