After being discouraged that the house did not sale the first round and that brokerage contract ended, we thought about doing a For Sale By Owner. Since the current market is a seller's market and houses are flying well over the asking price, I wanted to see houses as soon as possible and they made that possible. There were at least two weeks where we went out 4 of the 7 days to look at houses. Additionally, they were honest about homes whether I liked them or not, and gave sound and valuable advice that lead me to find the perfect home. I remember being on the fence about one home and although it checked most of my boxes I just wasn't sure. They're advice was to listen to my gut at that point which was to wait - that's not in an agent's favor. There were several houses that had left the market that I loved but they were persistent on checking back on those houses and reaching out to the seller's agents daily. Thanks to them, I was able to snag a house that I absolutely loved right after it came back onto the market before anyone else could even see it. They put in me in an advantageous situation because the seller was halfway moved out and wanted to go under contract as soon as possible. I now have a perfect home that I love and it was only possible through their advice and hard work. Teresa and Meghan are lovely people to work with and work hard to make sure their clients get the best home they can. I couldn't have asked for better agents.
