I?ve worked with quite a few realtors but have never seen a team that is as hard-working, responsive, and thorough as the Gales in the services they provide. Their knowledge of pricing and preparing a property to sell for top dollar with multiple offers was exceptional. They helped with all phases-organizing the home, prepping, staging, coordinating service professionals, negotiating inspection concerns, and selecting solid buyers with a good chance of closing the deal. Over our 38 years of marriage, my husband and I have never quite experienced any person in any industry like Teresa Gale. Teresa is truly in a league of her own in integrity, marketing, energy, customer service, acts of kindness, encouragement, razor-sharp focus, industry contacts and in far exceeding all expectations of a seller?s agent. Long story short, she brought us an offer at full cost (with closing costs thrown in) before our home had even been listed. She and her team set the right price, assessed what needed to be done vs. what didn?t, and they hooked us up with a professional organizer, reasonably-priced contractor, cleaner, stager, photographer, mover, etc. That didnt take long! Teresa is the greatest to work with. We were first time home buyers and she was with us every step of the way answering all of our questions and readily providing guidance when needed. We have sold six homes, prior to the one recently listed with Teresa and John Gale. This experience was far superior to any of our previous sales. Teresa and John were engaged in the sale. They not only provided expert advice, but assisted in preparing the house for sale. The pictures taken were amazing and our home sold within two days. As a first-time home buyers, the process is very stressful and sometimes confusing. We had worked with Teresa for over a year. We were really unsure of where we wanted to start. New build, or not. Location.. we were unsure of three different locations. However, Teresa helped us from the beginning to help narrow it down. We chose on the new build route. We had some difficulties due to the builder and if it werent for Teresa we might have lost faith in pursuing our Dream home. Teresa is amazing! She assisted us in the selling and purchasing of our homes. When selling our house, she provided professional photography, marketed our home well, and had it under contract in just 7 days! We were able to sell our house for the top market value in our neighborhood. When searching for a new home, we found a neighborhood we fell in love with. There were not any homes currently for sale. Teresa sent out letters to find off-market homes meeting our criteria. We found a home being renovated by an investor. Teresa managed each step of the process with the investor and even made sure everything was finalized after the closing. Teresa went above and beyond her job.
