ReviewWorking with Nick was a huge blessing for our family. He was patient, thorough and always willing to answer my husband and my many, many questions. He stayed on top of all the little details for us once we got our home under contract. Nick is so knowledgeable and kind. He made the daunting home buying process so smooth and stress-free for us. Thank you, Nick, from the bottom of our hearts!

Review Nick was amazing! He put up with driving in a side-by-side through the rain to tour the wooded acres of a property. Once we found the right house he was very helpful and very thorough. He stayed on top of all the little things and pushed the builder to provide all the documents that we asked for. At the blue tape walkthrough he was just as helpful and thorough, going through every room with me and identifying every blemish that I overlooked.

Review Nick DeFusco was a wonderful agent! He was very thorough and helpful, as this was our first time buying and we didnt know much! He was also super responsive anytime we needed to talk to him. We also appreciated how knowledgeable he was on neighborhoods and locations. He made sure to point out little things while we walked through houses, things we wouldnt have noticed on our own. We will definitely be recommending Nick to friends!

Review Brittany was amazing! Highly HIGHLY recommend!! If we ever need anything in the future, we definitely will be reaching out to her. She was friendly and listened to what we wanted/were looking for. She made sure she found everything we wanted in our new home and helped us sell our old home as well. She was very attentive and if we needed her at any point in time to explain something or help us- she was there! 10/10 would recommend :)

Review I had a very negative experience with this agent. From the very beginning of our call, the tone and attitude were dismissive and unprofessional, to the point that I had to end the conversation almost immediately. This was especially disappointing because my previous agent, Sam, from the same agency, was outstanding. I remain interested in land in Springfield, but will continue my search with a different agent.

Review Fontayne was so helpful and attentive. I couldnt have gone through this process without her. I bought during the height of covid when everyone was getting outbid and things were selling before they even hit the market. Fontayne was on the ball with getting me listings before things hit the market and contacting those realtors for showings. The closing was seamless and we had no issues

Review Kelsey was amazing and went beyond my expectations. I've dealt with realtors before on a previous home and none were as patient, knowledgeable, and kind as her. She realized quickly what I was looking for and helped me hone in on the exact home I wanted. She helped point out small details that I missed to the builders and brought up great points through every interaction and even went to my closing which is not heard of in my experience. Definitely will call Kelsey if and when it's time again.

Review In a word, Kim is awesome. It was pure luck that we met her via Zillow, but inside of a 20 minute tour of a house I was interested in viewing; Kim's professionalism & personality won me over. I should also mention that she is a very tenacious agent at helping you get exactly what your looking for. In the end, she found exactly what I was looking for. Not only did she help me negotiate the best deal possible, but she also helped work out closing cost details that helped me out tremendously. She also has a secret weapon when it comes to getting any necessary repairs done (and doing a great job at getting the seller to pay for them)

Review Kelli was absolutely wonderful to work with during our home purchase! I explained that we were moving to the Savannah area from Atlanta due to my company relocating me, and kind of what we were looking for in a new home. She found several homes for us to look at, but in the end we chose one that she found for us which had just hit the market a few hours before we went and looked at it. She took all of our considerations into account, and kept in contact with us throughout the entire process making sure that we were being taken care of during our mortgage process. I've purchased four house in my life and this was by far the easiest home purchasing experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Kelli to anyone looking for a home, especially in Savannah and the surrounding areas.
