ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Teresa in the listing and selling of my property. I personally don't have any working knowledge of the real estate business. She was very helpful explaining things I wasn't aware of. Her understanding of the area and the market where my property was located was very valuable and I felt very comfortable with the information she provided me. I do not have any friends looking for any real estate movements right now, but I have her name and number on hand and will be happy to reference her as a very reliable agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm an out-of-town seller and after a somewhat confusing situation with a previous agent, decided to take my chances with Teresa. Every day I am more surprised with how deftly she works case.Teresa is honest, forthright, and works hard for her client. I've got nothing but trust that she will take care of everything necessary behind the scenes while assuring my concerns. The only way to make a job look easy, is to work so hard and so expertly. ZillowVERIFIED Ive had two experiences with Teresa, as a buyer and seller. Both were extraordinary! In each case (6 years apart) we met our goals. Shes gentle when required, and tenacious when necessary. She was able to put us at calm when the stakes where high. In this last adventure, she got us all the way to the finish line when faced with a needy buyer. She knows so much, she knows how to find the right contractors, she knows exactly whats to say to get the job done, and she genuinely cares about her clients. Fabulous experience, we got what we asked for, and more. You MUST hire her!

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa did an excellent job providing advice on how to sell my house (e.g., what needed to be painted and what needed to be fixed), and she found a buyer for it even before the sign went up. Very grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is excellent! She knows Hampton Roads very well and is very knowledgeable about the policies, processes, and regulations for Virginia. Shes great at explaining complex topics that can be overwhelming for first-time home buyers, making them more understandable. Anytime we had a question, Teresa was quick to respond to our text, email, or a call. She adapted to whatever communication method we preferred and was always available - however late on a Sunday evening our questions arose! We would recommend Teresa to our friends and family without hesitation or reservation. As a matter of fact, weve already done so!

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa or T as she likes to be called was an absolutely amazing agent. She made the entire process smooth and stress free. She guided me down the unknown road with a ton of confidence. She negotiated and worked FOR me. If you are in need of a house, I highly recommend her. Also, she is prior military and it was honestly great working with a sister in arms. Lastly, she is very familiar with the VA Loan process and helped ease a lot of concerns with the process.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Teresa Cline when we were ready to sell the house we lived in for the last 15 years because we were impressed with how she handled the sale of our neighbor's house across the street about a year or two before we decided to sell our house. I must say, we were glad we decided to contact her. When we first contacted her about selling, she was very honest and frank, gave us the best suggestions to prep our house up for showings. We were still living in our house for sale during the time and Teresa handled all our showing appointments, scheduling to minimize any inconveniences to our family and pets. She was also very professional in all her dealings and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions or needed anything. She always looked out for us and our best interests. She also followed up with us promptly so we immediately had buyer feedback after any showing. During the sale of our house, Teresa also helped us with the search and buying of our next house. She made the buying process seem so easy. She is definitely a pro when it comes to real estate buying and selling. Professional, courteous, respectful, caring...you name it! We recommend Teresa Cline to anyone who is serious about real estate. She's the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I first met Teresa when my wife and I were on a mission of looking for our very first home. We were scared and clueless about the process, but Teresa showed us the way and guided us on the right path. Very professional and very helpful. Her main goal is to set us up for success and never regret any decision. Now, we have moved to California for a new career, we make sure to contact her again to sell our home. Like we expected, she has successfully sold the house within a short amount of time. For those of you that are scared to take a step on buying a house, do yourself a favor and contact her. Getting the best agent can ease all your worries.

ZillowVERIFIED We are first time home buyers and found Teresa as the listing agent for a property we were interested in. We ended up finding a different house that we loved, and Teresa not only helped us with the process and paperwork, but was able to negotiate with a difficult seller to get us into the house on time.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa is very accommodating and hardworking. She always puts the client's interests first. I was selling a home in another part of Virginia and purchasing a place in Hampton Roads. Due to financial issues with the purchaser of my former home, closing on my new place in was delayed four times. Teresa went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my purchase was not derailed. I would recommend Teresa to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa came to help us sell our home after it had been on the market for 6 months with very few showings. She brought in a new photographer, gave us tips on better staging, and brought us 10 times the showings we had had previously! She knew just the right price point to sell the house. She is a consummate professional and I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED We have bought and sold with Teresa and both times she went above and beyond to ensure she worked for us and not for the other party. She always ensured our questions were answered and kept us informed every step of the way. She is by far the best realitor that we have ever had and frankly I feel the negative review posted is not honest or factual. I say this because the gentleman was the initial bid on the house we just sold and Teresa was our agent and not his. Our house is set to close in 7 days for 5k more than we had initially asked for and we will have been on the market for less than 30 days total.

ZillowVERIFIED Her practices were very unethical. All she cared about was selling us any house. She offered higher than what we asked her to. When showing us houses she didn't make herself Available as she could have and even showed up late once. We waited 30 minutes for her.

ZillowVERIFIED Our initial apt was set and she was prompt but after 7 weeks, I still had no comps for our property, it hadn't gone forward past the first meeting though I continued to contact her. She did tell me she had gotten I'll from another property having mold but she could have told me or my husband something, anything. Fortunately, we hadn't signed any contracts tonwork with her. Our home has sold 3 short weeks later with another agent.

ZillowVERIFIED During our selling experience, we found Teresa to be a very responsive and knowledgeable professional. We could not have been more pleased! She helped us to properly evaluate the value of our property and with her expertise, it sold within 3 days! This could not have happened without her full package of marketing the home with a professional stager, photographer for e-marketing and an excellent internet site by her company. She leads a great team and is personally involved with all steps of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa and I worked together purchasing a home. I was absolutely dressed by her knowledge and expertise of the market and also with finding the place that best suites my needs with the budget I had to work with. I have purchased many houses and worked with many agents in the past but this is the first professional that actually placed my needs ahead of the sale. Teresa was very responsive, did her homework very well, and helped me through the entire process. She has a customer for life in me. Steve

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Teresa Cline while we were still overseas. Out of all the people we talked to she was the most friendly and least pushy realtor we could find in the area. She has tons of military buyer experience and knows all the ins and outs of the VA loan process. She made a potentially very stressful house buying experience wonderful and her expertise and knowledge was instrumental to the process. We would not hesitate to use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely phenomenal! Teresa is an absolute professional. Honest, knowledgeable and patient. It was clear from the start that she had our interests at heart and she worked with us, with no pressure, until we finally found the home we loved. This was over a period of a year, when we were off and on again multiple times due to various issues. She gave sound advice throughout and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. She was always there for us no matter what the question and was always highly responsive and a joy. I can give no higher accolade than to say that I trust her implicitly and if we ever sell or rent our home, she will be our agent.
