Ted is our guy. We wouldnt use anyone else. Ted helped us buy our house 20 years ago, and he just helped us sell it. We had just purchased a new house, which Ted also handled, and we were preparing to leave on a trip within a month. We had to get our house on the market quickly, and Ted made it happen. He worked out the timeline of everything that needed to get done to get the house on the market by the time we left. We were looking for a realtor to help us find a luxury condominium in Marin County, California. Three different friends who live in Marin said we just had to go with Ted. "No one is better than Ted!" With those recommendations, we reached out by phone to Ted and explained what we were looking for. As with many people who don't live in the area, we did a lot of searching on the internet.
