"No one is better than Ted!" With those recommendations, we reached out by phone to Ted and explained what we were looking for. As with many people who don't live in the area, we did a lot of searching on the internet. We would send a listing to Ted. He would express his general feeling about it, but always go to preview it and share video walk-throughs. If a place got a general thumbs up, then our son who lives in the area would go check it out and let us know whether it was worth a flight over to check it out.
