John is fantastic to work with. A friend recommended him to me to sell my parent's home in Novato. It was an emotionally and logistically difficult process for us to deal with as the house had been vacant for several years and neither of us lived in town. John took ownership over the entire process so that my sister and I just needed to say "yes" or "no" to things. Ted was easy to work with. He was responsive and answered phone calls very quickly. He was willing to meet with us many times during the process. He helped us in creating a comprehensive list of things we needed to do and he handled things his end very efficiently. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and kept us grounded when things came up that required action. He always let us know what was next and made the process as seamless as possible. We had worked with Ted nearly 30 years ago to purchase the house we were now selling. While we thought highly of Ted from that experience, we still considered him along with two other realtors to use for the sale. Just to be clear If your as lucky at we were . Take the council of your Agent! Ted is a Local I mean lived on the next block from us knows Marin very well like 40 years well. Know him for over most of that time. Bought and sold another house with him as well years ago. Professional friendly a great council for everything you as the seller or buyer need to do to make a successful sale or purchase. Teds contacts and connections are amazing. Everything necessary to prepare. Our home sale just went so smoothly the paperwork, the inspections, the negotiations all went so smoothly. I suspect a good part of this also was the network of real estate professionals and vendors that Ted has been associated with for so long really made this all so successfulThe most important thing in this whole transaction was trust and believe me we really trust Ted! We really want to thank him for everything he has done for us over the years everything weve learned and the success of the sale of our home. Our entire process took just weeks from beginning to end, and I failed to mention our property was sold to the first lovely couple who viewed our home on the very first day Yep! One day showing ?? Maybe I shouldve led with that?
