Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty

Ted was amazing from start to finish in assisting me selling a home in Mill Valley which was facing a deadline. I needed a fair amount of direction so his wealth of experience was key in making this process seamless. I would definitely recommend buying or selling with him. He was responsive and had great ideas which came from his obvious expertise regarding the market in that area. At the risk of sounding sappy, I am so very grateful I met him and for the positive experience overall.

Ted is amazing to work with. Hes done an outstanding job helping me with my last two property purchases. He really knows how to pick them, and he resists letting you waste your money on the wrong purchase. You just have to listen to his sage advice. Hes a wise old soul of real estate, but he knows how to make home shopping an enjoyable experience at the same time. This time I was buying a place for my 26-year-old daughter and her blossoming family. The home is absolutely beautiful. I cant believe we scored it for such a good price. Its too bad that his job is done. I really enjoyed hanging out with him.

Ted is an extraordinary human being. I have sold 5 homes and bought 2 homes through him. He is always responsive, respectful and knowledgeable. He's kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with. I've always followed his guidance even when I may not have understood his strategy, but he was always correct and got me the best price for my transaction. He's trustworthy and has been at it for decades so he has the experience and skill beyond what you will receive from many others.
