ZillowVERIFIEDTed truly went above and beyond when we were looking for our first home! He made sure to help us navigate the process as first-time home-buyers, and we always felt that we were a top priority for him. We were especially impressed with the hard work he put into writing stand-out offers to get sellers' attention at a time when homes sell for so much over asking. He also did an awesome job of explaining all of our options and showed us the potential risks and rewards of many different approaches. We will be sure to give Ted a call the next time we're looking to buy!
ZillowVERIFIEDTed was an absolute treat to work with. He always accommodated to our schedule during the buying process, which was very helpful since my husband and I work a lot. He spent time listening and getting to know us so he could better match us with places that fit our needs. In addition, he was extremely honest and up front; even if it was something that we did not want to hear, he would let us know because it was in our best interest, versus his. Ted always made us feel comfortable and it was clear he knows what he's doing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Milwaukee!
ZillowVERIFIEDTed was very attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable with regard to older homes . He helped us with getting contractor estimates and had good communication with all of the parties involved. We would definitely recommend Ted and would use his services again in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDTed did a great job for my wife and I. Ted helped us buy our first home, in Shorewood. We had no idea where to start but Ted made us feel very comfortable through the process.I have recommended Ted to my friends and plan to use him again when it is time to move.
ZillowVERIFIEDHe is highly knowledgable of the condo market in Milwaukee. He makes the home buying experience exciting and makes sure you make a skilled decision. I would recommend Ted to anyone looking for an Real Estate agent that goes above and beyond normalcy.
ZillowVERIFIEDI procured Ted services for the purchase of my first home and I could not have asked for more from my realtor. Being a first time home buyer Ted really helped us work through the buying process along with tough negotiations from the seller. After the dust settled we were able to buy when we wanted under the price that we wanted, I am looking forward to working with Ted Schaar in the future!
