ZillowVERIFIED We would highly recommend Ted to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He went above and beyond our expectations. He knows a lot about the area and never hesitated to answer any questions we had regarding all aspects of purchasing the home. He was available anytime including evenings and weekends and was quick to response to our inquiries. His negotiations skills got us a great deal on our new home. He has a vast knowledge of the process of buying a house and helped us through that process from beginning to end even when we are unable to get answers elsewhere. Several times he reassured us that everything would work out and he was right. He made the experience of buying a home easier and less stressful than it could have been.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted knows all there is to know about Smith Mountain Lake and waterfront purchases in general. He is very knowledgeable about restrictions and regulations that govern lake front real estate. He is very patient, accessible, and an all around great guy. We cant thank him enough for both selling and assisting us with the purchase of our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted was highly recommended to me by a family member and am so glade that we went with him because of the knowledge he has when buying a waterfront home on Smith Mountain Lake. This is a second home for my family and a little bit of a travel to get there and Ted was very attentive to that, so when we would make the trip Ted always gave us his full attention and would line as many homes as possible for us to view in a day. His knowledge of SML just pours out when talking with him and his contact list of tradesmen and professionals is unending. He goes out of his way to help, from meeting people for you because your to far away to meet them yourself, to doing final walk through for the same reason. I highly recommend Ted Ciporin!!! You wont regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted is a consummate professional. His personal skills and attention to detail are exceptional. And, the main reason after many tries at selling our home he was able to get a solid contract in less than 90 days. I wish I had more properties to give him to sell !

ZillowVERIFIED Ted was very friendly and professional in his interaction with my husband and I. He was very knowledgeable about all facets of buying a lake front home. He was very patient with us in that we spent many days looking for the perfect fit for our family. Our search started in May and finished in December. We had to travel from Atlanta to house hunt at SML and Ted was very accommodating with our specific time frames that we could be in the area searching. He answered all our questions either right away or was honest that he had to check with other ppl and get back with us. At one point in the process we had a house under contract and realized this was not a good fit for all our requirements and Ted was very understanding when we told him we wanted to let that house go and start searching again. When it came time to have surveys and inspections done we couldn't always be there but Ted was there to watch out for our interest. There were a few issues that had to be worked out and Ted was able to resolve these issues to our favor. We would use Ted again for ourselves if we were ever looking again so yes we would recommend him to anyone interested in finding a home at SML.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted helped us purchase a home on Smith Mountain Lake. We knew very little about the area and his professionalism and in depth knowledge of the area was invaluable in our selection process. He showed us properties from a land and water perspective and that really helped us in the decision making processing. Ted was very responsive to our needs and always made the extra effort to accommodate our schedule. He always provided sound recommendations and during the negotiating phase of the sale worked diligently to represent us. Ted continues to provide us with support and assistance. All aspects are of purchase went extremely well because of Ted's efforts. He worked closely with us, the settlement company, the seller's realtor and everyone involved in the process. In addition, he kept us informed on a regular basis. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone interested in either purchasing or selling property on Smith Mountain Lake.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted was very nice to work with and spent a lot of time with us. He really knows the areas around the lake and was able to answer all our questions. Ted went out of his way to make a video of a property we where interested in so we could take another look before deciding. I would highly recommend working with Ted.
