ZillowVERIFIEDTed was highly recommended to me by a family member and am so glade that we went with him because of the knowledge he has when buying a waterfront home on Smith Mountain Lake. This is a second home for my family and a little bit of a travel to get there and Ted was very attentive to that, so when we would make the trip Ted always gave us his full attention and would line as many homes as possible for us to view in a day. His knowledge of SML just pours out when talking with him and his contact list of tradesmen and professionals is unending. He goes out of his way to help, from meeting people for you because your to far away to meet them yourself, to doing final walk through for the same reason. I highly recommend Ted Ciporin!!! You wont regret it.
