ZillowVERIFIED Unfortunately not good. Teck is a good guy but when it came down to helping me buying my home. In a few words having him as an agent and having no agent are the same thing. Long story short, we worked together for less than a month because I already knew what I wanted. I don?t how or why but he failed to see a $2 million special assignment on the condo I bought. So I bought it, a week in half later, I had not even moved in yet, I receive a letter from my HOA about the assessment. My cut is $25k and due three months after I bought it. I blame my self for my ignorance but Teck definitely didn?t do his job of helping me navigate through the process. If he had done his job we could have negotiated more or just moved on to the next home but for some reason he failed to do that. So no, I do not recommend him. I would hate this happen to someone else.

We went back and forth a few times on Condo price and Teck helped us negotiate with Seller and their Agent. He helped us complete all purchase related formalities pretty quickly. He tracked the closing of our Mortgage and suggested follow ups with our lending bank. When we were done with Mortgage losing, Teck helped talk to HOA Management for getting us approvals for important renovation needs such as Vent pipe install for washer dryer. He proactively helped order a Condo window as it was damaged and helped got it done from Seller.
