We came in not realizing how much goes into the home buying process, and I'm just so thankful that we found Teasha to help us through the entire process! From our first conversation, I could tell she genuinely cared about us, had our best interests in mind, and knew so much about the market. One of my favorite things about Teasha was her extremely prompt and clear communication. She always responded to my texts, calls, and random questions right away, and I always felt like she was advocating for us. In a competitive market, Teasha was incredible! She sent us the listing of our dream home minutes after being notified of its posting (and before it was even on Zillow!). Thanks to her, we were able tour the home first thing the next day, put in a competitive offer while making sure we stayed within our comfort zone, and were accepted! Even months later, it still almost doesnt feel real that we live in this home! Because we were remote for much of the closing process, we had to put a great deal of trust in our realtor, and Teasha handled everything flawlessly. We never worried about not being there in person because I knew she was on it (and noticed details I never would have). We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend her to everyone!

Teasha was very attentive to what we were looking for and helped narrow in on a house that was perfect for us. Her knowledge of the area we bought in was exceptional, she was able to scope out houses prior to showings, or pass by ones that were "coming soon" as she scoped the neighbourhood. The house we ended up buying we saw less than 12hours after coming on the market, Teasha set up a showing first thing in the morning before she had to jump on a plane....but that's not all - she was able to put in an offer before her flight took off at 10am!
