What can I say about Taylor that has not been mentioned? I have never dealt with a realtor before. I purchased a house, but my wife was the one that dealt with it. I was deployed being in the military. I'm skeptical of people trying to get my business. Not a trustworthy person. Taylor proved me wrong, more than once. He informed me of what I needed to hear and do to get my house in order to sell. He always has a positive attitude and was never negative at all. He informed me of what needed to be done to sell my house and get the most money out of it. He also told me That I can sell my home within seven days of putting, it on the market. This time he was wrong. It sold within seven Hours. I will recommend him to all Personnel who are planning to sell or buy a home. When I buy my next home, I plan to use his services. We balked at what he told us to do but he never told us how to do our jobs so we did what he said to do. He even got us the house we just sold when it wasnt even for sale. Three days on the market with this house and it sold. The other was on two weeks. They are trying to sell now 7 months and it hasnt sold. He is amazing. And works side by side to make it happen. He just knows what is needed and cares about everyone he helps. Amazing! Trust me, he can do what you need done.
