Since 2003 Tasha Currie has been our realtor. We call her our family realtor because she has helped all of us get into our own homes. My oldest son, Michael 28 (at the time) bought his first home close to Bangor Washington, my youngest, 22 (at his purchase date) bought his house in Arlington Washington. And she has helped us move from one house in 2008 to a renter and then into a much larger property in 2009. After many years with an empty nest and too much property to maintain, in 2017 she was able to assist in hopefully our last move with just enough property to maintain, room for the kids when they visit and a room for my mother. Though our first house, Tasha didnt help us move into, she did help us move out and that is where our relationship started. She didnt like the color, didnt like the floors, and with me she didnt like the location. But through her winning me over, we sold the first house and made a small profit (motivated to sell). The renter we wanted but the owner didnt want to budge (funny thing, after 6 more months on the market - he sold it for the amount we were offering). This last move was a great move and we all made a great deal of profit. We are still finishing the moving project, moving from 3700 sq ft to 2150 is hard to do without getting rid of something and my mom is trying to let go, along with my wife. We will get both trucks in the garage one day. Tasha has not steered us wrong yet and is open minded to our needs. She will tell you if your stuff smells bad, but that is what you want, honesty, fairness and trustworthiness to ensure you are getting the best deal possible for you and your family.
