ZillowVERIFIEDTara has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so informed about the 1031 exchange and was proactive in sending us potential investment properties once she learned our parameters. I've worked with several realtors over the years, but no longer. I have my permanent realtor in place! Thank you so much, Tara!

ZillowVERIFIED Tara was complete pleasure to work with. She gave me gave me advise, she helped me source contractors and then got me above asking price and no closing costs! All while remaining in constant contact with me. She held my hand through the entire process and kept me constantly informed on what was happening and what the next steps were. She's an absolute gem. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED My goodness!!! Tara was simply amazing. In the middle of Covid-19, she sold my house at full-price, in 45 days! I couldnt have asked for a more precise, honest, thorough agent. Her staging skills were amazing and the photos were simply beautiful. This girl can sell a house. She has become my realtor for life! Thank you, thank you, thank you. ????

ZillowVERIFIED Tara is a aEURoeone stop shopaEUR? realtor. Tara will work with you from the beginning to the end. If you think your credit is jacked up to the point where your mind is telling you no, call Tara and she will let you know if home ownership is right for you at that point in time in your life. If not, Tara will create a timeline to make your dream of home ownership a reality. Just make sure you stick to the plan. The process to purchasing a home takes time, a lot of patience and negotiation. Tara is an expert in all three! If its not right, Tara will put her skills to the test to make sure you purchase a home you can truly afford and in a location that you can see yourself coming home to every day. Tara is also involved in the entire closing process. I told you all she will be there from the beginning to the end. I really appreciate Tara for being flexible, actively involved, understanding, a great listener and an all around awesome Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the privilege of being a seller and buyer with Tara as my agent both times. She's right on the money. She was so detail oriented when I was selling. She was on the mark when I was buying. Tara is dedicated to her clients and goes to extremes to make sure they get the best,

ZillowVERIFIED I don't think we could have found a better realtor. From the first time we met Tara, through the sale of our home, Tara was available to us and kept us informed of all steps of the sale. Tara is energetic, professional and an expert in her profession. She also provided guidance with our purchase of an out of state home.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Tara as my realtor. She consistently delivered a aEURoeFive-StaraEUR? service from the moment we were introduced. I am in the military and stationed overseas, which is why I have put off on buying an investment home for so many years; that is until I was put into contact with Tara. I was a little on edge about searching for a home from so far away, but Tara helped remove a lot of my fears by providing service, which was above and beyond what I am used to. From the start, she was concerned about what m goals were, and how she could help me meet them. I never felt like I was waiting on her, for she was very quick to reply to all of my request and concerns; even with our time zone difference of 14 hours she never missed a beat. I was most amazed at how she exceeded my expectations by taking pictures and video of various properties I was interested in, which really helped me feel like I had my own boots on the ground. Priding herself as striving to be that aEURoeOne stop shopaEUR?, even after finding and closing on my property, Tara continues to be an available resource for me. Tara holds true to her saying, she really is aEURoeYour Realtor for LifeaEUR?. Thanks, Tara for your service, I look forward to the next venture!

ZillowVERIFIED This was my husband and I first home. Due to not having much knowledge on the process, Mrs. Whitehead walked us through, answered all questions and made sure that we understood EVERYTHING involved. Responses to our inquiries were prompt and thorough and the overall process was stress and headache free.... We have and will continue to recommend her expertise as others dive into becoming HOMEOWNERS.

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Whitehead is an excellent realtor. She was responsive, attentive and flexible to my needs as a customer. She worked with me to find the home that truly fit my desires. The house was partially completed and I was allowed to negotiate options with the builder. When I reached an impasse with the builder, she successfully intervened and helped the builder come around to my way of thinking. Because of my travels, I was frequently forced to change my schedule. She showed great patience and flexibility and was willing to drive great distances to help me find the perfect home.NiTara is a true professional whom I would definitely recommend for your home purchasing needs. Sincerely, Monty Montgomery
