Ron Jones at T.Kerr Property Group were awesome! We had our home listed for 6 plus months with not one offer, not even a low ball offer. Single story, 2200 plus sq. ft. 3 car garage, no offers. The other realtor and I agreed to terminate sales contract about a week early. After some research and interviewing a different realtor and company ( Watters Int. wanted w/7% commission fee's!). I then found T Kerr properties and read numerous reviews. After contacting T Kerr Ron Jones came to meet with us. We waited 2 weeks to re-list home. The house went live in a Friday, Monday we had a showing and Tuesday we received an offer. After some negotiating, we were able to receive full asking price and just closed yesterday! Highly recommend! Side note. I mentioned I was a veteran on the interest form, and R Jones is also a veteran, just a cool little added service.

We truly couldnt have asked for a better realtor in Tanya. Not only did she help us find our dream home, but she also gave us expert guidance on how to sell our old home quickly and effectively.
