Tanya met with us about 6 months before we listed our house. She described in detail our options and best course of action. We knew we were going to sell the house, but were unsure of the timing. Tanya assured us that she would do whatever we needed her to do. As we approach our actual listing time, Tanya continued to provide us with updates and information to help us decide. After we listed, other Realtors that we have used in the past, pretty much left us alone until a contract was signed. Not so with Tanya. Her and her team gave us almost daily updates on what was going on, best steps to handle and hurdles and never failed to respond to any questions or concerns within minutes it seemed. After getting a contract, she was there to navigate the back and forth and was great help in getting a few repairs made as we had already moved and werent available to do so. I could go on, but I must say Tanya was the best weve ever had and this is the 8th house weve sold. You cant go wrong with a true professional like Tanya!!

Tanya was both professional and great to work with. She knows the local area well and is very gracious about sharing that information. Her insights on neighborhoods, shopping, services, travel times, plants, insects, and so much more made me feel more at home in my new state. She always responded quickly to my many texts with accurate, reassuring answers. As for her negotiation and professional skills I cant express fully how impressed I have been. She listened to what I wanted in a home and narrowed the search quickly, advised me on next steps so I was prepared ahead of time, walked me through the process making it as painless as possible. In the current market I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to negotiate significant concessions from the seller. I moved from Utah to Texas, Tanya made that change much less intimidating.
