We really liked on e of them, and she helped us craft an offer that resulted in a successful offer, and following the inspection report helped us negotiate a couple items that needed repair, and a credit for an appliance replacement as well. We closed on the condo less than a month later, using her recommended mortgage company, benefitted from her recommended inspector, and soon will be using her recommended flooring contractor to replace all the flooring to what we want. She was / is one of the most friendly, professional, responsive realtors we have net. And we can say that having bought about 8 homes over our lifetimes - this one a purchase to help our oldest daughter get started. Condo or high end you would be smart (I could have said wise...) to call Tammy!
