Review I had the pleasure of working with Tasha Brady & she was the best, very knowledgeable of what worked in my neighborhood because I had no idea of how the process should work but Tasha went beyond the normal for me, including retrieving packages from my old address & sending them to my new one. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Shepherd Realty, thank you again Tasha for going that extra mile with me.

Review Trying to buy a home in this housing market seemed like an impossible task. We went from super frustrated to closing on an incredible house that was just perfect for our family through Tammy's help! She connected us with many helpful people along the way (mortgage broker, contractors, etc.) that helped us make our house a home! She was truly a Godsend ?

We were out of state relatives who had to sell a property in Botetourt County working remotely. Tammy was very responsive and had a lot of resources we needed to get repairs and other legal matters accomplished. Thanks to her the sale went through swiftly and smoothly!

Review Tammy Shepherd is a wonderful realtor. In the beginning process she goes over exactly what you are looking for specifically and what area you like best which is very helpful. Once I saw a listing I was able to see it the day of. She is a wonderful realtor and I highly recommend using her if you are looking to buy/sell a house.

Review Tammy is our "worker bee"! She has listed and sold 2 houses for us in the last 6 months, the second in less than 24 hours. She also found us a new home under construction and has stayed by our side, seeing it through, and continues to help us post move in.

Review Tammy's knowledge and expertise helped us sell our current house and purchase the house of our dreams. She knows just about everything there is to know about the process of selling, negotiating, and purchasing a new property. Her contacts with loan originators, contractors, and other parties really helped us save money during our journey. She is also very candid about what is possible and what is not, which gave us a good base for what is realistic. I would highly recommend Tammy for selling and/or buying.

Review Tammy was on top of things fast. The way the market is, you could lose a house by waiting. She stayed in contact with us all night until the job was done. It was way after working hours but she didnt hesitate! She kept us informed afterwords too with paperwork and contacts. She took calls for any and all questions and made us feel comfortable at all times. She and her team are highly motivated and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Review Tasha and Tammy were a dream to work with! We bought and sold our home with them and the process couldn't have been easier. They were very patient with me as a first time home buyer with lots of questions. We sold our home within 12 days of being on the market and had showings every day with the exception of one. Since moving into our new home, they have continued to be a great resource, with a wealth of knowledge to connect us to contractors needed for projects at our new home! I would 100% recommend Tasha and Tammy for any of your real estate needs!

Review We met Tammy once on a visit to the area about a year ago. When we revisited the idea of looking again in the area we quickly called Tammy again. We worked with her over the phone to locate the home we were looking for. She found one that we liked and she proceeded to take care of all the necessary paperwork and required inspections. We were kept up to date by Tammy over the phone. Once all the paperwork, inspection, and loan approval was completed a closing date was picked and we traveled to our new home area and had the closing. The walk through went well and the closing was done. We are very satisfied with Tammy's professional services. We would highly recommend Tammy for any of your Real Estate needs.

Review I have known Tammy for quite some time and during that time she has helped sell not only our homes but helped with the first time purchases of 3 of our children. She is compassionate, knows the ins and outs of real estate and will be truthful and honest with you. During our last sale and home purchase we never even questioned who we would call.

Review Tammy did a great job selling our home. We moved out of town and she took care of everything for us. An example of her commitment was after a minor repair was completed. A neighbor informed me water was leaking out the driveway. I called Tammy with 15 min she was over to the house, with her family, called the contractor and got the whole thing straight within a couple of hours. She did a great job representing us in the negotiations and got the deal done. Even when we were not patient she was and let the process unfold. Would use her again in a heartbeat.

Review Tammy and Tasha were very knowledgeable of the real estate profession. They were patient with us while we found our Dream Home. They were very professional yet fun to work with I would highly recommend them to anyone. We sold the home that they grew up in so it was bittersweet for both parties us and Tammy and Tasha. We were at that home for 26 years so it was very hard to leave it due to the fact we watched our family grow up in it but they gave us all the attention that was needed to find our perfect home. Thank you very much.

Review Tammy did an absolutely amazing job! We first contacted her about a house we found that we wanted to see and she had us in to see it within 24 hours. We decided that it wasn't the one but when I called her she already had another one she thought we would love....and we did, she again had us in the house very quickly and stayed up to help us put in our offer the night that we saw the house! She was also very helpful from the time we finished the offer until (and after) closing. We will never use another realtor! Tammy was amazing and you will not regret using her!
