ReviewTammy has been outstanding to work with. Tammy helped us find our dream building lot to build a new home, and put us in touch with an equally great home builder. Her knowledge and communication through this entire process couldnt have been any better. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.

Review Tammy was very diligent in helping us locate a house that not only met our needs, but also the layout, etc., knowing we were downsizing. The process took several months, with the first 7 offers we made on houses having higher offers accepted. Tammy kept us updated frequently on possible houses before our offer was accepted on #8. She also helped us sell our home so that we were able to move before the end of June. We appreciate Tommy's efforts on our behalf so very much. We highly recommend her real estate services to other looking to buy a house.

Review We think the world of Tammy! She was super helpful and hands on during our selling/buying process. She got us the best offer on our house to sell and she went through offer after offer to find our forever home! 10/10 recommend!

Review Tammy was great to help us sell my mother's home. She is very professional and accommodating. She met with us to view my mothers home to let us know what we needed to do to get it ready for the sale and she researched the home with other similar homes to give us a price that it would most likely sell for. She let us do our updates without pushing us, she knew this was very hard since I had just lost my mother a few months prior to this. Once we were ready to place the home on the market, she met with us, she set up the photographer to come take some great pictures. Within 48 hrs of being on the market she delivered us 8 contracts that was above sale price. She went over each one with me. If you are looking for a Class A Realtor you need to call Tammy!

Review Tammy Rickman was a one shop when it came to selling our property. From setting up the photographer, recommending trusted people to make minor repairs and being there for us in every step of the process. We knew we were in good hands. Thank you, Tammy, for being that helpful hand in our busy lives!

Review Tammy is INCREDIBLE! There is simply no other way to describe her! She is dedicated to her clients and finding them the right fit, extremely responsive, very personable, knows the SW VA region like the back of her hand, she goes out of her way to meet you at a showing. If you are purchasing a home that needs some renovations, etc., she has excellent referral sources. We initially had a home under contract during the start of the Covid-19 pandemic and everything fell through (due to furloughs, etc.) and Tammy was there for us through losing a home and stuck with us the following year when we started looking again. There are just not enough positive things to say about her! I have already recommended her to several friends and if we ever move or are in the market to purchase another home, I would absolutely use her, no questions about it!

Review Amazing Tammy! Wow! I have worked with numerous real estate agents in the past having moved from state to state for various nonprofit work assignments but Tammy is absolutely the best! Tammy is knowledgeable and thorough. Tammy listened to our needs and wants when selecting properties for us to view. She knows Roanoke like the back of her hand and showed us a number of properties of which we bought two. Great negotiator! One will be our home and the second will be a rental. She was there from start to finish even helping us schedule needed home repairs before moving in. Tammy has an extensive network and is always there to help. Tammy is clearly the best real estate agent my wife and I have ever worked with!

Review If you need to sell a home Tammy is the ONLY one I would hire!!!We had a farm house that needed updating on the inside. While we were at the beach for a couple of months, Tammy hired all the contractors (painters, flooring, electricians, etc.), picked out the flooring, carpeting, paint colors and lights fixtures..she paid for everything and brought it to our house (we did have to pay her back of-course). We did not have to do ANYTHING, except the standard cleaning. We had interviewed several realtors. A couple realtors wanted to charge us 8% commission (because it was on farm acreage), instead of the standard 6% (Tammy charges the 6%). One guy told us that if we put hard wood floors throughout the house, we could list it for $400,000. Tammy put carpeting and floating floors and our house sold within 3 days of being on the market for $445,000!!!Keep in mind we put $10,000 into it but it needed the updates. Her tastes in everything are superior!!! I would never hire anyone else!!!!

Review Tammy of Rickman Realty is an agent that you can trust and trust to take care of business on your behalf. Over the course of 10 years Tammy has represented my wife and I as seller's and a buyer's. What makes her the best realtor in south western Virginia is that she exceptionally resourceful and makes the buying or selling process worry free.

Review I have utilized Tammy's skills when both buying and selling real estate in the Roanoke Valley. In the past I have utilized the services of others but none have achieved the speed and satisfactory outcomes equal to hers. I would highly recommend her to any potential buyer or seller. Simply a very nice person and a pleasure to work with.

Review Tammy helped in the purchase of our new HUD property. We were able to look at the house several times. She assisted with information about the area and similarly priced homes near us. She discussed the process of buying the home and gave us a list of items to review and think about before making the purchase. She was very thorough and helpful in closing the sale.I would definitely recommend for any real estate needs. I would use her for any buying or selling I would need to do in the future.
