She works really hard, finds great properties, and is willing to visit a ton of houses with you. She will find and make the best offers, and can move FAST (most recently we had to get an offer accepted in basically 5 days, and by the end of day 4 we had it). I highly recommend her to anyone in the Seattle area.Another area I was impressed with Tammy was that she had just incredible area knowledge. ZillowVERIFIED I bought my very first house 11 years ago from Tammy. She was on site at the house location showing homes and I walked in without an agent. I loved the house so much I ended up asking if she would represent me. She helped me through the process when the house appraisal came back low. I ended up getting a good deal on the home. Fast Forward 11 years, my other half and I have been looking at bigger house for few years now (just window shopping). We finally decided we need to commit on the buying process since the rates are favorable and the market has only gotten hotter. We had a budget/price in mind but again with no agent. I got in touch with Tammy again and started booking appointments to see houses. Tammy was able to make sure we get to see the houses we wanted either on the same day or the day after. She always make arrangements for us even if she isn't available herself. After 8 or 9 houses visit later, we found "THE ONE." The very same night we wanted to make an offer even though the offer review date is a week out. She helped us drafted up an attractive offer which got accepted a day later!Before we would move into our new home, we wanted to remodel the floors a bit and fix up some issues that I found, so we were still living at my old house for almost 3 months. Between remodeling/fixing/moving, it took us almost 5 months to get it all done. In January, Tammy checked in with me and asked if i'm ready to list yet and told me that the market is super hot and now would be the best time to list. Her timing was literally perfect, since I just got all of my junk moved into the garage and hired carpet cleaner/roof cleaner the same week. I dumped my garbage that weekend, the next week she hired stager and got my house staged and we listed in 4 days. She also got my house pre-inspected which helped me to find some issues that I needed to address before closing. The pre-inspection also helped with the offerings since almost everyone waived their inspection requirement. We also discussed listing price, I originally wanted to list at the price that I know a similar home that had sold for in my community just 3 months ago, but Tammy suggested to list just a tad lower to drive additional interest. And the strategy worked!Now the crazy part, my house got insane amount of visits! It literally created a traffic jam in the community! I don't know what the final number is but I just know we have 3 day back to back bookings with 15 minutes slots all booked from 8am to 9pm. We ended up having 20 offers the house and sold way above asking price.Would I recommend Tammy to anyone/Everyone? Heck yeah!

Though it was a sellers market, our home posed quite the challenge as it had been a rental property for 6+ years and we live in another state. We never had to travel. All business was done by email and text. We did speak on the phone once. She made it all very easy. Tammy's marketing and sales strategy on our home was right on target. She provided pricing options and strategies to us early on so that we were able to make the most of our final outcome. We were able to identify which repairs and enhancements to make that maximized return.She has a network of contractors (plumbers, roofers, painters, ...) and is not afraid to use them. She even had to break out her own screw driver and repair a leaky faucet the day before the first open house.She is very professional and patient and makes it all seem so easy. I'm kind of an anxious person, so it was so great to have an agent who responded so quickly to any questions that I had or when I wanted to make an offer she would have the paperwork ready in under an hour. I remember for the home I eventually bought I was at the showing with Cindy, we called Tammy to say I wanted to make an offer and she had the paperwork ready by the time I got home from the showing! When the inspection found a few issues with the plumbing, Tammy arranged for the seller to pay part of it and she and Cindy were able to arrange for someone to fix everything even before I moved in! Another thing that impressed me about Tammy and Cindy when I first met them was the low pressure environment, I never felt pressured to buy something or like I was wasting their time, when I didn't see anything I liked after looking at lots of houses.
