ZillowVERIFIEDTammy is very professional and easy to work with. We had a wonderful experience through the whole process of purchasing our home. We also used Tammy again to purchase another property and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was absolutely a blessing to my life. Ive met with other realtors prior to Tammy. None of them made my husband and I feel safe. This is one of the biggest purchases youll make in life, and you should feel comfort every step of the way. (At times shed say no we can find better) Thank you Tammy so much for your knowledge, promptness, and kindness! ????Blessing!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was recommended to my by my former Real Estate Agent to sell my townhouse. She did such an amazing job researching the sales in the area and coming to a price that was great! I live out of state and Tammy was so great about coordinating everything and keeping me up to date with the contracts, viewings, everything. I couldn't have asked for a better agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is great to work with she is very understanding of your needs. She did a great job from me purchasing my house. Within 6 hours of my house being on the market Tammy worked with the sellers to have a contract on the house of my dreams.

ZillowVERIFIED We actually used Tammy on two transactions. We wanted to sell our home, but also were looking to purchase our forever home. We had very specific conditions for our forever home and Tammy made sure that we found a place that had everything we were looking for. She made both the sale and purchase transactions as easy as she could and was very patient and understanding with all our questions. She takes a personal interest in her clients, and actually we still hear from her now, as we are in the process of the renovation of our forever home. I would highly recommend Tammy to anyone that is in need of a real estate professional.

We relocated from Indianapolis, Indiana and knew no one in Georgia to call to help us look for a house. I went online and was contacted by Tammy Caldwell-Griffin. She was very nice and understood my situation. We were going to be in Georgia for three days and needed to find a home in that time. She was absolutely amazing. She had 10 houses set up for us to view and at the end of the day we had actually viewed 14. The next morning we regrouped at her office and got to watch her in action as she set up eight more houses to view. Everything we needed and asked for she did. You can tell by how she stayed with us all the way to the end of our search and the final paperwork that this woman loves her job and loves helping people find not just a place to live, but their dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy Caldwell-Griffin gets our highest ratings!Tammy sold my aging fathers house for us so that we could move him up to live with us in his golden years. She was very patient and understanding of our situation as took extra time and effort communicating everything to us and my father. Her understanding and feel for the pulse of the market in the area is amazing. We fared quite well with her skills applied to our situation. In my military career we have purchased and sold many of our homes (through realtors) and can tell you irrefutably that Tammy Caldwell-Griffin is by far the best realtor we have had in the many states we have lived.Tammy guided us through a very hard situation and the key to the success was communication, knowledge and experience, all of which she has.

ZillowVERIFIED This property is in an excellent neighborhood and was somewhat difficult to sell due to some stringent requirements. The property was attractive to investors, however county requirements placed restrictions on their desires to expand the current building. The expansion restriction was due drainage zones that could not be changed. Tammy went to work with this knowledge and found a buyer that was happy with the property and finally sold it. I was very pleased that Tammy brought this property to a successful sale...

ZillowVERIFIED We used Tammy to buy our new house and to sell our old one. Neither of the processes went smoothly, that had nothing to do with Tammy. Between both houses we had trouble with buyers, seller, lenders, other agents, etc. But, Tammy made the process much better, she always stayed on top of what she was doing and was very knowledgeable in her job and the legalities involved. I would recommend her to anyone. Tammy Griffin is a great person, agent and was a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I contacted Tammy Caldwell to help us locate an purchase a home. She was more than just helpful. She went above and beyond doing things for us that were not her responsibility. This was very much appreciated. Next, Ms. Dunn, we had the pleasure of meeting her one time. Ms. Dunn was extremely helpful to us and although she was not out personal agent she made herself available to us at a moments notice. These two ladies are exceptional and I would not only recommend them to everyone but if I ever decide to buy another home, I would contact them again.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Tammy and she came in after a horrible experience with another agent. She was professional and stayed on top of things. She communicated with me daily, always kept me informed, I never had to track her down and call her first. I found my house and closed the deal!
