Find a good Realtor, that you trust . Get Pre Approved prior to looking for a home. Being Pre-Approved by a Lender tell you the Purchase price you are approved for, your monthly payment, and down payment.

Find a Listing Agent that you work well with. Insure that you do tidy up the home. Such has remove any personal pictures, clutter. Insure the yard is kept nice and clean.

I have worked with out of town buyers, First time buyers, Foreclosures, short sales, investors, and also Listing Sellers Homes.

I had a client last year , his credit was not were the Lender needed it go be get my client qualified. The lender gave him advice on how to repair his credit. I was able to find him a rental until, his credit was repaired. I so happy to say, as of this year he is a Home owner. I insured I followed up with him during this time.
