She recommended properties and guided us through visiting homes with COVID-19 restrictions, high heat and smoky conditions, all with a positive attitude. We were first time home buyers and Tamara had a great deal of patience with us throughout the whole process, explaining everything in detail from beginning to end. She did a great job scheduling the home tours for us because we lived 90 minutes outside our target area. She listened to our needs and wants and remembered them. She specializes in helping veterans, which I am, and the purchase process for our selected house went smoothly. Now, in 2018, we are retiring and chose to use Tamara again. She visited us and made several upgrade recommendations which we accomplished. Because we had the interior repainted and the flooring replaced, we chose to totally evacuate the house and move into an apartment. Tamara was very professional, personable, patient, and experienced in reading her clients needs and wants. I say patient because it was our first home, we looked at many homes and during that time there were an abundance of homes on the market except they were selling quickly. Tamara found us the perfect home we could afford and it was move-in ready. Throughout the years Tamara kept in touch to inquire about our home and if we were satisfied as well as provided us household tips. In spring 2017, I contacted Tamara once again but this time to sell our first home in which she helped us to purchase all those years ago as I had been very pleased with her efforts the first time. Our house received 5 to 7 offers the first weekend it went on the market, Mothers Day weekend, and our house was sold just like that. Of course, since I now had two great experiences with Tamara, I now needed to buy another home but this time on my own. I recruited Tamara to be my agent and she is still very professional, personable and also provided great advice as this time the house prices were higher, there was little availability, and many required a lot of work. She continually researched potential homes until I found a home in which I was willing to present an offer. Once the offer was made and accepted I was experiencing closing issues with the buyer indirectly via inspections and Tamara stood behind me and looked out for my best interest. I would highly recommend Tamara, she is a quality realtor.

When she showed up (on very short notice), she had already collected a number of places for us to look at, and I have to say that she really hit it spot-on based on just a brief phone conversation. At one house, a neighbor across the street was out in her front yard trimming some bushes and Tamara took it on herself to go over, introduce herself, and ask her how she liked the neighborhood. I had less than 2 months to get pre-approved for a home loan, find a new home to buy and relocate from the bay area to Sacramento. Tamara took on this challenge and comitted to my wife and I that she would work with us every step of the way.Tamara kept her word and delivered more than expected. Turns out I am a very selective (read difficult according to my wife) and though nothing seemed to meet my standards, Tamara pushed forward, completely undaunted. Tamara always had 4-6 properties ready to show us each time we met. All properties met the basic outline of what we had envisioned buying but none actually blew my wife or I away for the first 20-25 houses.On a wonderful spring morning, Tamara called at the crack of dawn to inform us of a house that would be hitting the market later that same day. The house was perfect. The price was perfect. Tamara's dilligence had found us our dream house.
